16th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Awful if I could give zero stars I would they do not care about complaints that are submitted to them in regard to their tenants as they are getting the rent each month. We have had issues with tenants of theirs for almost 6 months now and another neighbour for almost 3 years and nothing other then sending them letters which has done nothing and telling us to go environmental health. Absolutely disgusting!

10th May 2026 (4 days ago)I decided to use Chinneck Shaw to sell my Dad's house after he passed. I thought it would be nice to use a local company. ?They over valued the property. ?The marketing of the property was bare minimum. Over exposed photos. No floor plan. No online video of the property. ?They were not pro-active! I had to chase for answers. ?They lost the keys to the house! Then they had the cheek to say 'Don't worry, we've paid for the lost keys'! ?Once the house was completed - I didn't even get a thank-you email for using our services. Whilst it might seem nice to use a local, independent company - I really wouldn't bother.- 8th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)We didn’t actually end up buying through cubitt & west in the end however I wanted to thank Evie for being so helpful and allowing us to view properties without selling , without doing this we wouldn’t know what we did or didn’t want and really appreciated her spending the time with us. If we ever move again we will definitely think about using cubitts

We’ve had some negative experiences with other agents previously but Phil has restored our faith! His communication, knowledge and personable touches made what can be a daunting experience so much more exciting! He has accommodated and rooted for us - even to the point of consciously making an effort to make this experience just as exciting for our 4 year old! I’m relieved to know that we have Phil as a point of contact for our new home going forward!
