19th Aug 2015 (10 years ago)Very good,Helped me let out my my late mothers cottage for a year to help pay the tax and duties etc. Found lovely tenants and looked after the property for me as I live three hours away. Would recommend them. Hannah has been wonderful.

This was a particularly difficult and emotional time, and the team at Tempo Estates were consistently sympathetic, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. They guided me clearly through each stage of the sale, explaining everything in an easy-to-understand way and ensuring I always knew what to expect. By managing the process so professionally and proactively, they removed a great deal of the stress and hassle that would otherwise have been involved. Their communication was excellent, and they handled the sale with genuine care, sensitivity, and respect for the circumstances. I am extremely grateful for the support provided and feel the level of service went above and beyond what would normally be expected, which is why I believe this exception is fully justified.

24th Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)Not all estate agents are the same and we would thoroughly recommend Williams of Wootton. We decided to move pretty much on spur of the moment, just time for a change really and didn’t look too much into all the inevitable complexities. Having narrowed our choice to just two properties we started the buying process and the experience could not have been further apart re the two Estate Agents we dealt with. There was no pressure (or ‘exaggerations’) with Williams, just straight forward help and advice. Everyone in the team were professional, friendly and efficient. In fact with the help of Jon, Ben and Sarah the whole buying process took us just under two months. We weren’t bombarded with phone calls or rushed into anything which is a far cry from previous purchases and sales. We were so impressed that we didn’t hesitate to have Williams sell our old property once we had moved. We wanted our buyers to have the same experience we had as purchasers and Williams didn’t disappoint. Another thing we liked were the associated charges, no shifty ‘ID Check’ charges when buying (with one local Agency demanding £80 up front for this) and very clear fee structure when selling. Buying and selling can be very stressful so having an Agency that removes so much of that stress is priceless.

I initially booked the valuation with Debbie and she was quick to put me at ease, she was professional, clear and honest. The whole team were so friendly. Both her and Joe worked amazingly together to ensure a suitable strategy was chosen with regard to marketing and pricing. Feedback was swift, positive and constructive, Clara and Ava never failed to update me and were always happy to chat through my silly questions. Due to several prospective tenants Debbie gave me impartial advice which enabled me to pick a fabulous tenant. Overall great communication, great service and great team work.

From the very first contact Simon, Rachael and their team have been excellent - complete professionals, incredibly capable, experienced and friendly. They did a brilliant job - transparent communication, no stress, no fuss - I felt 100% confident at every stage. We sold quickly in a challenging market - wonderful people, highly recommended.
9th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)We contacted Fowlers in Storrington to ask for their help after a challenging time trying to sell our house, due to the chains below our buyers falling down several times. Paul and Lisa acted with pace, and quickly found us a buyer who was well suited to our property and importantly , very motivated to buy. Lisa’s contact throughout was excellent and she was both professional but very personable throughout. She worked hard to ensure all parties were kept on-track and any questions were quickly answered. Consequently, our sale went through smoothly and we were delighted with the service we received. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fowlers Storrington.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Higher end buyers beware! Do not use Spence Willard Bembridge unless you want to be thousands of pounds out of pocket and filled with heartache. We were led down the rose-coloured path and assured by Sam Branston that we were on target for completion, only to find the buyers were secretly accepting another offer. Sellers – do not list with Spence Willard as we sadly will not view your property. We are 1.5+ million cash buyers.

They are always there on the end of the phone to provide updates/advice when needed. Love working with this agency- super professional and amazing at what they do.

24th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)I am unimpressed, and encountered unexpected issues that were not detailed in the survey report. A window in the ground floor property was had to be fixed as an emergency on the day of arrival due to security issues and risks. The window was stuffed with tissue and foam, and the hinge was broken, so could not be closed, or put on the latch. The windows were rated as needing repair or replacement in the future, no further detail was supplied or suggestions of needing to be repaired of replaced straight away. In addition to this they did not identified mould in some of the rooms. I would not recommend this company do not use them.
