19th Aug 2015 (10 years ago)Very good,Helped me let out my my late mothers cottage for a year to help pay the tax and duties etc. Found lovely tenants and looked after the property for me as I live three hours away. Would recommend them. Hannah has been wonderful.

They did a brilliant job when taking photographs and writing up a description of the property and I secured an offer very quickly. They worked tirelessly to keep the transaction on track and helped the purchasers through the process. They are all friendly, knowledgable and, unlike some estate agents, very professional. I cannot recommend Seafields highly enough.

My agent, Olivia is super professional, friendly, and always quick to respond. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, keeping me updated at every stage and answering all my questions clearly - and I had a fair few! I was previously let down by another letting agency on the Island and contacted Ryde's Pittis Lettings in regards to a different property & explained my situation and tight deadline. Olivia's handled everything efficiently, and I felt supported by her throughout. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I highly recommended Olivia & Ryde Pittis Lettings to anyone looking to rent on the Isle of Wight! Thank you again Olivia, I am so grateful!

We had to put on record our thanks for the excellent work done by Sean to give us a diverse, yet relevant selection of properties to view, all personally accompanied by Sean who was exceptionally honest and helpful. We cannot fault the service, thank you Sean. Also, we must mention Andy, the financial advisor, who walked us through our financial options with clarity and in terms we could fully understand. Great service all round !

From the very first contact Simon, Rachael and their team have been excellent - complete professionals, incredibly capable, experienced and friendly. They did a brilliant job - transparent communication, no stress, no fuss - I felt 100% confident at every stage. We sold quickly in a challenging market - wonderful people, highly recommended.

During the whole process which had many challenges Caroline, Paul and the team went above and beyond to get us completed on the property always keeping us informed and updated. I can highly recommend fowlers as they are so professional and have a lovely warm welcome. Thanks for the last 7 months

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Higher end buyers beware! Do not use Spence Willard Bembridge unless you want to be thousands of pounds out of pocket and filled with heartache. We were led down the rose-coloured path and assured by Sam Branston that we were on target for completion, only to find the buyers were secretly accepting another offer. Sellers – do not list with Spence Willard as we sadly will not view your property. We are 1.5+ million cash buyers.

They are always there on the end of the phone to provide updates/advice when needed. Love working with this agency- super professional and amazing at what they do.

24th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)I am unimpressed, and encountered unexpected issues that were not detailed in the survey report. A window in the ground floor property was had to be fixed as an emergency on the day of arrival due to security issues and risks. The window was stuffed with tissue and foam, and the hinge was broken, so could not be closed, or put on the latch. The windows were rated as needing repair or replacement in the future, no further detail was supplied or suggestions of needing to be repaired of replaced straight away. In addition to this they did not identified mould in some of the rooms. I would not recommend this company do not use them.
