Susan and her marketing manager Phil made an appointment to visit us when they heard we were embarking on selling our house. They were professional, showed interest in us and our hopes and concerns. They reviewed the property in detail on that visit and discussed price and their selling methods. They suggested a price £25000 higher than a previous agent, with good supporting evidence. Throughout they have been professional, communicating well and supportive, even keeping in touch through COVID 19! I would highly recommend them. We are still waiting for contract completion and have belief this will go through.... Read more
