Best selling fees from any of the agents in the area. Excellent brochure of photographs produced. Mark, Dan, Nigel, Laura and Rachel have all been so helpful steering us through something we are not familiar with. We highly recommend Treagust's Estate Agents

9th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)Dean and Nicola handled our sale. The purchaser made the process drawn out and quite stressful but Dean and team were superb. In particular they were very responsive to all messages and communicated constantly - so even when the delays were stressful we had the very welcome contact and reassurance we needed. I have to say we were very a little embarrassed by the commission rate for the amount of work they did. Great value for money. Professional at all times and lovely to deal with. Big thank you. (Ps review site is odd - tapped the far right star in most cases and assume this registered 5*. It would be better if the stars turned gold so you knew for sure what you were scoring).

She was so organised in her approach and her extremely service minded manner made everything so simple. She took away all nerves that one as when trying to find a property. 9th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)We enjoyed working with Reeds Rains. The Southsea team were very friendly, provided feedback on viewings and progress on the eventual sale. The house went on the market in a challenging environment and Reeds Rains did their best to attract buyers and maintain our morale! They also provided sound advice when needed.

16th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Left messages with reception 3 days running but no reply from named person. On 4th day he still didnt speak to me but I was told the place was now under offer ???? - what a surprise! It costs nothing to be polite & responsive to prospective clients ????
