3rd Feb 2021 (3 years ago)When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours. Do not recommend
8th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Town & Country worked around my busy schedule with viewings and communication. Their all round local knowledge and experience was evident with the viewers and myself. They were bang on with the valuation and their sole agency fee was incredibly realistic for my property. I would recommend this estate agent.
4th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)After having a sale pull out we changed estate agent to Morris dibben , Danielle was amazing and had the house sold in no time. Once buyer was found through morris dibben we had no issues and everything went smoothly. Will be contacting Danielle again in the future when I move again.

9th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)- Original listing price was too high, I could see that the Agent could not - Communication was hit and miss - Reactive with their marketing, only really made changes after being repeatedly chased by me. - We accepted an offer which fell through - These things happen however the Agent didn't seem to have a clue as to what was going on with our buyers leading to our property being left off the market for 6 weeks needlessly, whilst assuring us the sale was safe. - Received a revised offer from our buyers, did not pass this on just rejected it on our behalf, nor were we informed that the buyer was dropping their offer by 20k - should have been a massive red flag - Lied to us on a number of times including saying we had refused delivery of a for sale board which we did not - Didnt seem to be interested in trying to push a sale, the attitude was 'the right people will come along'

Emma is very knowledgeable and easy to talk things over with. We felt well informed and looked after throughout the whole process. They were very helpful and courteous throughout. Would highly recommend and we intend to use them again in the near future.

27th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I would highly recommend using Pearsons Estate Agents as they were very professional and always answered any queries and questions promptly. They always emailed me to explain each step and everything was always explained very clearly. I was selling my late mum’s house which was a stressful time in itself but the Pearson’s team were all very friendly, reassuring & very responsive. They made the sale of my mum’s house a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. I haven’t got a bad word to say about them and they always gave excellent service.

We were nervous about the rental market as we have had bad experiences with another estate agent from a different company. He was quick to update us on the process of the tenancy, knew all about the property and always so polite and happy to answer any worries or questions we had. I would highly recommend using Henry Adams and thank you Byron for all your help!!

We bought one house and sold two with them and every single time they went above and beyond. Communicating everything at every step and chasing everyone. When difficulties arose, they suggested creative solutions to overcome those and get to the finish line. I wouldn't work with anybody else.

23rd Jul 2020 (3 years ago)Sai was great! Super clear/transparent about the Letting status of the property and got things moving quickly for me. Went out of his way by talking to the landlord to get me a parking spot at no extra cost.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
6th Apr 2024 (29 days ago)For our first time buying a house, Martin guided us through and made it an easy and stress free process. We will definitely look to use AJM in the future when the time comes again to move! I genuinely couldn’t recommend them enough, Martin was to the point, personal and very honest throughout the sale. He treated us like actual people and not like a source of income, and when things got stressful and intimidating, he kept us fully up to date at all hours going above and beyond to get us our first house. If you want to buy/sell a house with people who treat you like humans and show proper decency, these are the guys.

24th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)I'm sure these must be fake reviews. They never invite you to the inventory before or after moving in. Emailed them with issues they missed out on their inventory like hole in walls and they said not to worry as it wouldn't affect my deposit. Never missed rent and around three years later when I hand in my notice, they try to deduct money from my depost for the same holes I was told not to worry about. I had to prove it as I luckily saved the emails. So they came back to me and pivoted their angle and now charging me for other things that were pre existing. Sent me photos of the property with no dates and not resembling anything near what the property looked like when I moved in. Currently waiting for the results of the dispute with the deposit scheme. Scammers beware renters!

Harrison and Jonny were fantastic with me and very helpful throughout the process. Extremely open and honest to the moment I collected the keys. From a would-be tenant's point of view, a very good letting agent to deal with, and to any potential landlord, I can vouch from the other side of the coin that they advertise and help the process very well. 5/5.
8th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)We asked Danielle Kelly to help us let our property. We knew nothing of the process or what to expect as it was our first time. From the get go we felt so comfortable, she was so knowledgeable, answered all 400 thousand of our questions, kept us informed throughout and is just such a lovely person to liaise with. I never knew the process could feel so easy. If I had 100 properties I would choose her every time. I really can’t recommend her enough!
