5th Jul 2024 (16 weeks ago)I'm writing this review as a fellow estate agent. I've recently had Rural Scene in a chain with myself and Richard was absolutely fantastic. He is extremely proactive and provided us with updates weekly so that our chain moved forward smoothly and we have just today exchanged contracts. If anyone is looking for a rural estate agent then I would highly recommend Rural Scene. As an agent myself the good ones stand out and Richard is brilliant.

1st Oct 2024 (22 days ago)Impressive shop window. Gerald is courteous and honest, but his staff need to pay more attention to enquiries if they're going to improve sales. Not the cheapest, and doesn't advertise on Rightmove.

Always happy to help, whatever the query, their knowledge and experience was invaluable, especially helpful as we were first time buyers. They were both professional and personal with their approach which made our experience a lot less stressful. Diolch yn fawr!

They saw opportunities that other estate agents did not identify or focus on and achieved a faster sale and better overall outcome as a result. The market appraisal and sales measurement and photography visits were smooth and efficient. I felt confident that JJ Morris knew what they were doing and how they were going to approach the sale process. The photography and virtual tour gave a very fair and honest view of the property and I am extremely happy with the service provided by JJ Morris.

18th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Richards Estate Agents sold our property, and despite the sales falling through on 3 occasions, Ken found buyers quickly, and was always supportive. We'd recommend Richards over all of the larger estate agents in the area, and would definitely use them again if we ever need to sell a property

21st Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)Extremely quick response. I needed to sell quickly. They came out to do the valuation at 9am (on time). Took the photos, house was online by 5pm. Reasonably valued I had a full asking price within a few days. Very knowledgeable of the area, the demand. Very compliant with specific requests. Excellent customer service - especially Alex who I drove mad. Thank you!

31st Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
