I went with WWP as the highest valuation as they seemed confident they could achieve that price. With hindsight it was definitely over valued.- 16th Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)From start of our house going onto the market to when we had offers and an offer that we accepted West Wales Properties were there for us all the way. A credit to the team and especially to our Agent Aisleen Fagan who was exceptionally helpful from the start.

The whole team were helpful and easy to deal with, and communication was really good throughout. A special thanks to Rachel, who was brilliant — always approachable and quick to respond. Thank you to the whole team for such a positive experience.
15th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Astleys have been excellent. Although I initially thought they valued my property a little low it generated a lot of interest. The photos they arranged were excellent. The communication is friendly but professional and I have confidence that this will continue as the sale progresses. Highly recommended!

We'd recommend Richards over all of the larger estate agents in the area, and would definitely use them again if we ever need to sell a property

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
6th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Rosie Marlow is everything you should expect from an estate agent ,sadly experience has been very poor. Rosie is very proactive ,knowledgeable,enthusiastic and has made the process of selling our apartment relatively stress free upto now.

29th Jan 2026 (6 weeks ago)Had a viewing, Jonathan turned up an hour late. Made a close to asking price offer. Poor communication from Jonathan. A week or so of us chasing and him saying he hasn’t got an answer yet. And then nothing. Ignoring our calls and texts. Completely rude and unprofessional. Avoid this man! Looks like he’s had many companies in the past. Hiding something or just completely unfit as an estate agent
