12th Dec 2023 (7 mo. ago)I can't rate Jonathan etc al at BJP enough; we had an ardous conveyancing and were relocating from Kent. Even though they were not our agents Jonathan kept us fully informed, liaising with everyone and returned all calls. Had a few issues when we did finally move and they popped round after a few days to check in and even offered to light our range/lend us heating equipment. Couldn't ask for more really. Thanks guys (Michelle & Alan)
17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)I went with Cymru as I bought my home off them and they were the only estate agent who offered a video tour along with a floor plan,which was a bit basic compared to the offer of estate agents in Cardiff who do 360 degree videos and doll house style plans but better than the others were offering in the area. They were good with arranging viewings but definitely think they over valued to get my business and then encouraged me to reduce and ultimately take a lower offer again. On the plus side they were cheap but do think all estate agents in the area need to up their game with their online packs
27th Mar 2024 (17 weeks ago)Can’t comment on quality of service as when I called they seemed completely disinterested. Chain free house to sell in prime location but no engagement on the phone. Management may wish to consider implementing mystery shops of their call team.

Carl and Emma kept us informed every step of the way. Highly recommend.- 8th Feb 2024 (24 weeks ago)A gap in viewings on occasion but otherwise staff friendly and helpful. Not many staff available on Saturdays and only open morning.

18th Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)We cannot thank Sam and Amy at the Llanelli branch enough for their amazing friendly service! Amy met us for our viewing and showed us round the property and answering any questions! She was so lovely and friendly and really made us feel at ease. Sam then helped us with the application process which for first time renters we found some parts difficult but Sam helped us through the process answering some of our panicked calls with such a calm and informative manner! All in all we have managed to secure our first rental property through Dawsons and this would not have been possible without Amy and Sam. From our viewing to our application being approved it was less than a week! Thank you so much ladies! :)

She went above and beyond, showing us a range of houses and rearranging her days to fit all of our requests in. She was always available at the end of the phone or email throughout the purchase process. Would highly recommend.

16th Jul 2024 (11 days ago)Initial communication was great but when sale going through legal process found it hard to get updates and received misleading updates. Was told chain was 2 people ended up much larger and frustrated by lack of communication between chain and willingness to chase a speedier conclusion. The agent appears to be too busy to deal with your enquiries as they are too busy chasing new business to give you the necessary commitment.
10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)Doesn’t know the facts about the houses they’re selling. Lost money finding out a house we had an offer accepted on is under possessory title and on a private road. Two things we didn’t want and questions we asked at the viewing Topped off by driving past one day noticing new scaffolding on the house. Following a phone call to the estate agents asking what’s going on, they lied and told us the house owners are just putting cladding up as decoration. Turns out after visiting the homeowners to find out the truth, they had a huge leak in the gable wall and were putting cladding over the brick wall, effectively like a plaster. Overall a bad experience with Mallard.

We also came back for a second visit and Rachel sorted out a few issues we had with the house. Rachel is an asset to John Francis Estate Agents, you need to hold on to this lady.

I am a rental landlord I have viewed a large number of properties over the past 14 years and worked with many estate agents. I was very impressed by Megan; she acted with courtesy and great professionalism throughout.

They were always available on the telephone and went out their way to solve any problems that cropped up. Next time I need to sell a house they will be my first port of call. Thank you all.
