22nd May 2025 (30 days ago)Be very careful when purchasing a property and you get a last minute call to say there is a higher offer if you can beat it its yours. And on the other foot will try and knock the price of your property down to get a sale. Nice and smooth to your face but trust is so important in business and I would never trust him again. You should have my details on record as I dealt with you several times on behalf of my parents. Unfortunately they were very trusting and didnt want to make a fuss. Now they have passed away it is important to others that I share this review to help them.

18th Jan 2025 (22 weeks ago)Review on Llanelli Branch Viewing arranged and no viewing on their system. Another viewing cancelled, 2 reasons given person off sick and the person wishing to view cancelled. Never informed of viewing cancellation. Being told we won't speak to you, your name is not on our system. Totally incompetent. No communication. Not answering phone and even when you left a message never rang back. Many excuses given to why this wasn't done. Not informed that the Llanelli office would be closed. Feedback was only given when they eventually answered the phone. Avoid using them. Find other estate agents.

It had been advertised with another agent for months (with no interest) but within a few days of going live with Peter Morgan we were under offer following a first viewing. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter Morgan Estate Agents in Neath. All staff were quick to respond to questions. Only agent I know who responds promptly to calls, and keeping in touch. First class service. Going through a difficult situation at the time and I cannot thank Hywel and team enough. Couldn't have moved without them. Highly recommend them as highly professional but very human and understanding. You won't be disappointed at all.

They were always very responsive with queries and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a polite and efficient estate agency.

From the outset, Andy was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive—always available to answer questions, even outside of standard working hours, which really helped put us at ease. He sold our house quickly and kept us well-informed every step of the way. One thing we particularly appreciated as a family with young children was how thoughtfully Andy and Nicola handled viewings. They organised a well-structured open day, which meant we didn’t have constant disruptions and could plan around it easily. It made the whole experience much more manageable for us. The marketing was also excellent—Andy brought in a top-quality photographer and videographer, and the end result really helped our home stand out to today’s buyers. If you're looking for a professional, communicative, and family-aware estate agent who truly goes the extra mile, we can’t recommend Andy highly enough.
12th Jun 2025 (9 days ago)Been in contract for 104 days, not a single person has come to view. I called them they did not call me. Yes, slow market, everything is transparent, due to the internet way of working, selling, and buying. Feel no reassurance, whatever I've done the chasing to chase this company. If I ever sell it will cost me thousands. Feel very disappointed. I do get it, too many sellers, not enough buyers, communication in my opinion is key. I'm part of their bed & butter This company suggested I reduce the price. WHY would I do that when not a single person has viewed? my property. I had to say said no, I'm in the right price bracket, I've checked. All said this agent came recommended, Family business, etc etc, local so disappointed with the lack of communication, from them to me. How long does it take to send an update email to a client. Phew exasperated.
