22nd May 2025 (7 mo. ago)Be very careful when purchasing a property and you get a last minute call to say there is a higher offer if you can beat it its yours. And on the other foot will try and knock the price of your property down to get a sale. Nice and smooth to your face but trust is so important in business and I would never trust him again. You should have my details on record as I dealt with you several times on behalf of my parents. Unfortunately they were very trusting and didnt want to make a fuss. Now they have passed away it is important to others that I share this review to help them.
9th Oct 2025 (14 weeks ago)Very professional from start to finish, valuation was spot on for the area and marketing photos, content etc, excellent. House sold within 6 weeks. Very quick response to potential buyers enquiries, gave me updates etc, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and experienced in their field. Price/fees were on par or better than other local agents and they accompanied all potential buyer visits, feedback was comprehensive from the viewings and was very quick i.e. within hours of viewings. When we accepted an offer a letter of sale confirmation was received within 24 hours and they contacted both parties solicitors to get proceedings started. Overall using Mallard to market my property was a very easy and quick process at a competitive price with all departments being professional, friendly and experienced, would highly recommend Mallards.

14th Sep 2025 (18 weeks ago)The house was in immaculate condition, realistically priced despite over-valuation and it sold itself in a very short timescale. Therefore the agents charges, although lower than other agents’, did not reflect their effort.

The selling process was outstanding – the photos were amazing, and the support and advice were second to none. The team kept me fully updated and provided same-day feedback after each viewing. Purchasing my new home was made incredibly easy thanks to Gemma and the rest of the team, who were always in touch and so friendly and caring throughout. I would highly recommend Dawsons.

25th Nov 2025 (8 weeks ago)If I could put a minus score I would,a relative of mine was treated appallingly basically being forced out with a feeble excuse that landlord wanted to sell now property is readvertised with guess what £100 extra a month,and to top it all she still hasn't had her bond returned,stay away from this company.- 22nd Dec 2025 (26 days ago)I have nothing but good things to say about Dawsons. After originally placing our property with a different estate agents, and having no serious offers after eight months and to be frank, it seemed as though they really couldnt be bothered, we decided a change was needed. We contacted Dawsons, and almost immediately things felt different. A more professional, focused and dare I say interested team took over, and gave us what was probably a more realistic outlook. Though there are other, cheaper estate agents in the area, the team at Dawsons were dedicated to ensure the property was sold as soon as possible. Even after our first buyer pulled out at the contract exchange stage, Dawsons went straight back to work and within a fortnight found another buyer for us. We happily completed our sale very recently, and they seemed genuinely happy for us, as we heard from various departments who had been with us throughout the process (we received weekly updates throughout) congraulating us on achieving our goal. Would definitely use again, worth every penny.
