Put an offer, called next day, they did not even bother to pass our details to the seller, well, then after they said would contact us back regarding the offer in 2 days time. When we asked if we were the first to put an offer , the answer was 'yes' . So we would expect we would be in touch and in a priority, however, not at all, this estate was gathering all offers together to choose the most profitable for them! And bothered to call only a week after telling that they have accepted other offer.
Very disappointed ! We have lost another property during the waiting period based on their unprofessionalism !

Lack of response to emails and phone calls. Not answering queries having to constantly chase for response. Leaving us in limbo. This shows total lack of respect and common courtesy. Still waiting. Been trying to rent property since first viewing in September 2021. Had 3 viewings travelled over 1300 miles in total to be left hanging??? Rude
