17th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Very easy to deal with and got on with the process quickly. Any queries were dealt with quickly and much to my surprise managed to secure a number of viewings which given the current climate was excellent. We are currently in the under offer stage and we will see if this goes to completion. Overall so far I can only describe the process with them as excellent. One issue I would have changed from the beginning was to add a floor plan to the marketing information which they don't do as standard. We did agree to do this if necessary so not really an issue.
22nd May 2025 (1 year ago)Be very careful when purchasing a property and you get a last minute call to say there is a higher offer if you can beat it its yours. And on the other foot will try and knock the price of your property down to get a sale. Nice and smooth to your face but trust is so important in business and I would never trust him again. You should have my details on record as I dealt with you several times on behalf of my parents. Unfortunately they were very trusting and didnt want to make a fuss. Now they have passed away it is important to others that I share this review to help them.
9th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Very professional from start to finish, valuation was spot on for the area and marketing photos, content etc, excellent. House sold within 6 weeks. Very quick response to potential buyers enquiries, gave me updates etc, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and experienced in their field. Price/fees were on par or better than other local agents and they accompanied all potential buyer visits, feedback was comprehensive from the viewings and was very quick i.e. within hours of viewings. When we accepted an offer a letter of sale confirmation was received within 24 hours and they contacted both parties solicitors to get proceedings started. Overall using Mallard to market my property was a very easy and quick process at a competitive price with all departments being professional, friendly and experienced, would highly recommend Mallards.

Carl, Lucy and the whole team have been fantastic from start to finish - very responsive, very polite and supportive. This is a great agent to deal with and I wish we were able to use them for the onward purchase.<br><br>Thank you everyone!
14th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)The house was in immaculate condition, realistically priced despite over-valuation and it sold itself in a very short timescale. Therefore the agents charges, although lower than other agents’, did not reflect their effort.

21st May 2026 (10 weeks ago)I noticed a property for sale but it had sitting tenants. I have fond out the the landlord has supposedly accepted a lower offer. The offer i made was higher than the asking price. Amy (exceptionally rude would not shut up talking over me all the time) I asked had she put the offer to the landlord she said she had spoken to the tenants (what right had she to do that) she also said she had spoken to the landlord and put the higher offer to him (how do I know that she did this) why would a landlord not accept a higher offer of £15000? I know my house is going on the market next week (if the person has only been in the property for 7 years the landlord needs to give 8 weeks notice and he can give as much notice as he wants. The agents will not give the landlord's address but this is available via the land registry service which i shall use to obtain the information this is the only way I can verify if the estate agents have put my offer to the landlord- 9th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)David was very professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process. He found us a buyer very quickiy with very little hassle throughout the sale. We would have no hesitation in using Dawsons again as they have a great reputation and good knowledge of the local market.<br>Thank you once more David and his team.

The only thing we would prefer is if they used all online platforms as at the moment they don't seem to use Rightmove.

We actually sold for more than we expected, which was fantastic! He kept us informed throughout the whole process and was always there to answer my many calls when I was feeling anxious or stressed, always reassuring me.<br><br>Sophia was brilliant with the viewings and kept us updated with any solicitor queries, making everything run as smoothly as possible.<br><br>The service from start to finish was outstanding. He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. 17th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
