17th May 2026 (17 weeks ago)Very easy to deal with and got on with the process quickly. Any queries were dealt with quickly and much to my surprise managed to secure a number of viewings which given the current climate was excellent. We are currently in the under offer stage and we will see if this goes to completion. Overall so far I can only describe the process with them as excellent. One issue I would have changed from the beginning was to add a floor plan to the marketing information which they don't do as standard. We did agree to do this if necessary so not really an issue.

9th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)Very professional from start to finish, valuation was spot on for the area and marketing photos, content etc, excellent. House sold within 6 weeks. Very quick response to potential buyers enquiries, gave me updates etc, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and experienced in their field. Price/fees were on par or better than other local agents and they accompanied all potential buyer visits, feedback was comprehensive from the viewings and was very quick i.e. within hours of viewings. When we accepted an offer a letter of sale confirmation was received within 24 hours and they contacted both parties solicitors to get proceedings started. Overall using Mallard to market my property was a very easy and quick process at a competitive price with all departments being professional, friendly and experienced, would highly recommend Mallards.

14th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)The house was in immaculate condition, realistically priced despite over-valuation and it sold itself in a very short timescale. Therefore the agents charges, although lower than other agents’, did not reflect their effort.

30th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)From the moment I engaged the services of Dawsons to sell a property, everything ran very smoothly.<br>Sarah came to visit the property first. She was calm, reassuring, kind and gave me excellent advice.<br>We decided to sell at auction and the Auction Team at Dawsons Swansea then took over the sale. They were very professional , kept me updated and informed and again, gave me excellent advice and the subsequently property sold at a good price and before the auction.<br>Huge grateful thanks to Sarah Hewitt in the Llanelli branch and Angel, Harrison and David at the Swansea branch. Together they made the whole process as stress- free as is possible for a house sale. I would heartily recommend them.

1st Sep 2026 (13 days ago)I am writing this review to warn other landlords considering Peter Alan for fully managed letting services.<br><br>My experience as a landlord with their fully managed service has been unacceptable:<br><br>1. Inadequate Property Oversight: Regular, thorough property inspections were severely neglected. When inspections did occur, they were superficial and failed to report obvious issues.<br><br>2. Property Damage Ignored: Direct tenant damage to the property was brushed off and incorrectly dismissed as "normal wear and tear," leaving me with the responsibility and cost.<br><br>3. Zero Communication & Ignored Grievances: Emails went unanswered for extended periods. Formal complaints regarding their poor management standards were routinely ignored.<br><br>4. Financial & Accounting Errors: Statements contained accounting inaccuracies, and fees were charged for services that were never requested or agreed upon.<br><br>5. Failure to Release Account: When I formally terminated our contract due to their fundamental breach of service duties, they refused to acknowledge the termination or cooperate with the handover to my new agent, continuing to attempt to issue automated demands.- 20th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)Professional, Positive, Persistent!<br>I can't thank David, Alex and the team at Dawsons enough for supporting my property sale through to completion. Thanks to James Edmunds who dealt with the sale start to finish- 27th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Disappointing and unreliable – severe lack of communication<br>We have had a shocking experience with John Francis Ammanford. The complete lack of basic communication and professionalism throughout our house hunt has been deeply frustrating.<br>Our negative experiences with this branch include:<br>Empty promises: After viewing and inquiring about several properties, we were repeatedly promised callbacks that never happened.<br>Ignored questions: We asked questions for a seller following a viewing and were left completely in the dark with zero response.<br>Ignored offers: We submitted an offer on a property and received no follow-up whatsoever.<br>Zero notification of sales falling through: Most shockingly, after having an offer accepted on a house, the seller withdrew it from the market a few days later. John Francis never bothered to tell us. We only found out because we happened to notice the listing had been removed online.<br>When we called to ask what was going on, they admitted the sale was off and stated they hadn't notified us because they were "busy."<br>Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions someone can make. Excusing a complete failure to inform buyers that an accepted offer has fallen through simply because staff are "too busy" is unacceptable. We should have been notified before the property was removed online. I strongly advise prospective buyers and sellers to look elsewhere if you expect basic courtesy, honesty, and reliable communication.
