9th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Very professional from start to finish, valuation was spot on for the area and marketing photos, content etc, excellent. House sold within 6 weeks. Very quick response to potential buyers enquiries, gave me updates etc, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and experienced in their field. Price/fees were on par or better than other local agents and they accompanied all potential buyer visits, feedback was comprehensive from the viewings and was very quick i.e. within hours of viewings. When we accepted an offer a letter of sale confirmation was received within 24 hours and they contacted both parties solicitors to get proceedings started. Overall using Mallard to market my property was a very easy and quick process at a competitive price with all departments being professional, friendly and experienced, would highly recommend Mallards.
9th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Called on Clee Ammanford to sell our property, when another local agent had failed. They found our first buyer in good time, but unfortunately they were not able to proceed (no fault of Clee) . Back on the market, more viewings and offers - and the one that came good. Throughout the process the team at Clee have been supportive and kept me well informed. Thanks Carl, Abi, Emma and a special mention for Lucy who has been so polite, helpful, reliable and communicative throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use Clee again in the future.
14th Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)The house was in immaculate condition, realistically priced despite over-valuation and it sold itself in a very short timescale. Therefore the agents charges, although lower than other agents’, did not reflect their effort.

21st May 2026 (22 days ago)I noticed a property for sale but it had sitting tenants. I have fond out the the landlord has supposedly accepted a lower offer. The offer i made was higher than the asking price. Amy (exceptionally rude would not shut up talking over me all the time) I asked had she put the offer to the landlord she said she had spoken to the tenants (what right had she to do that) she also said she had spoken to the landlord and put the higher offer to him (how do I know that she did this) why would a landlord not accept a higher offer of £15000? I know my house is going on the market next week (if the person has only been in the property for 7 years the landlord needs to give 8 weeks notice and he can give as much notice as he wants. The agents will not give the landlord's address but this is available via the land registry service which i shall use to obtain the information this is the only way I can verify if the estate agents have put my offer to the landlord- 28th May 2026 (15 days ago)Called to sell a property on 25/5. Was met with an incredibly arrogant and flippant employee called Alex. Was quoted a fixed fee of £3500 + vat to sell a property worth £80k. A 5% fee. Insane. I walked away.

20th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)Not impressed they put people working before people on benefits tell you if your on benefits you can't afford the property even though you will get housing benefit and iv noticed on quite a few reviews on here they blame the landlords for everything half the reviews on here are probably from people they know or friends with them im glad im not renting from them- 6th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very helpful and supportive. Molly arranged an open house and sold my house within 2 weeks. She always responded to my message regardless of how ridiculous they were and made sure the whole process went smoothly. A special mention to our case manager, Lewis Llewellyn. He is always prompt, responsive, and proactive. He helped resolve issues when our solicitors faced problems with the lender, arranging exception handling and ensuring quick disbursement of the loan. Highly professional and efficient.
