His professionalism and communication was outstanding. As we were moving from Lincolnshire, Brandon went out of his way to support and help us with, not only the purchase but also local information/tradesmen etc. Would have no reservations in recommending Roy Barrett Eastgate agents.

Nowadays quite refreshing. Any problems were dealt with and resolved quickly. Lorraine is a credit and asset to Morton New. A professional who took any potential stress away from being a Land Lord.

14th Oct 2023 (1 year ago)I’m sure there are some success stories but ours isn’t one. I would guess they couldn’t anticipate the disaster of the auction buyers solicitor or the fact the buyer was clearly trying to avoid stamp duty. After being assured everything was fine and above board the auction collapsed leaving us in a financial mess and no compensation. The second auction got unpleasant between solicitors (buyers not accepting it was an auction time line) The hope was for a quick sale, instead we are no further forward and out of pocket.

20th Jun 2025 (18 days ago)Complete disaster. Ruined my first time buyer experience. Messages were inappropriate asking to go out for drinks to celebrate and give me my keys. He got funny and defensive and told me I was ungrateful when I questioned why my property wasn't ready by the date he said it would be and that resulted in me being homeless for two weeks. Then I got the wrong keys two weeks later and it was late so I had to find somewhere else to sleep which also meant I had to delay my moving van because I had to arrange collection of correct keys in morning. I actually got my friend to get the keys because I felt too uncomfortable. It should have been exciting my first experience and Nest associates ruined that.
