31st Jul 2026 (11 days ago)I joined Domvs after a lacklustre service from another agent. The difference in service was phenomenal, like trading in a Fiesta for a Ferrari! Within a short time they had achieved an asking price offer on my house!<br>I am truly grateful to the staff in the Wareham office for their professionalism, especially Marcus, who has patiently guided me through the minefield of conveyancing!<br>I would recommend Domvs Estate Agents without hesitation.

9th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Truly first rate experience from start to finish.<br><br>Of the 3 higher end national estate agents we invited around to value our home last November, there was one standout - Knight Frank.<br><br>Ed Hunt and Lottie Lambert from Knight Frank’s Winchester office displayed a level of pre-preparation I was very surprised to see. They came armed with the floor plan and previous sales particulars (we had bought 7 years prior through another agent), and immediately remarked on the improvements we had made. Such was their level of professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for our home that my wife and I both said afterwards that there was no competition; we wanted them to sell our house.<br><br>While the market has been challenging, Knight Frank succeeded in finding two buyers / and offers for us in a period of weeks; and helped us cultivate the most promising of the two while they marketed their own house in Balham. That sale was being conducted through Knight Frank’s Balham office, ensuring great communication all round.<br><br>Lottie has been with us every step of the way and with the sale now exchanged, I felt it right to post this review (entirely unsolicited) to highlight what I consider exemplary service throughout. Would highly recommend. Sincere thanks from both of us.
29th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)I'd like to express thanks for the support from Cathryn, Levi and Mae (and others) for the Symonds and Sampson tenant find service during July 2026. This is my second use of this service from the team in Blandford Forum (with support from S&S in Sturminster Newton). The service functions like a well oiled machine - with a kind, responsive and professional energy. It's clear everyone works hard and together to make things happen. There was a lot to do. I was reassured that everything was in hand at every stage - and indeed it was. Thank you very much.

My buying process wasn't straight forward but she was always on hand to answer questions and reassure me. This was fantastic service from the start: Yvonne is reassuring, professional and efficient. Both Yvonne and Amber have a friendly, empathetic manner and dealt with any query I had really quickly. They turned what was initially a really stressful situation for me into a smooth, fuss free experience and I therefore thoroughly recommend Austin and Wyatt Lettings - I have been using them for nearly 10 years to find tenants for my property and each time the experience gets better and better. Thank you both, you're a credit to your profession.

18th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)I was a tenant in Salisbury from 2019 to 2026. The staff at the Salisbury branch are very friendly and take the time to listen to your concerns. Whenever I had something that needed fixing they would have it organized in short order. I have since purchased the property that I was renting with Goadsby acting on behalf of the seller but at the same time went the extra mile to help me to sort my side of things out. I can confirm that they were easy to deal with and I always felt like they were in my corner which made a big difference. Scott. Salisbury.

Both the experiences have been great and Charters have always stood out in terms of the service quality they offer (esp compared to other agencies). Tom in particular has been very helpful throughout the process from managing the sales negotiation to sales progression and has always been approachable and very responsive with regards to any questions we had. The rest of the team we have spoken to, Lottie, Paul and Alex have been great to work with as well.

He is 90, and decided to move closer to the family, and i was very worried about the process of him dealing with an estate agent, but as soon as i spoke to Sean, i knew he was the right person for the job! He was caring, informative and understanding of the whole situation. My uncle liked to 'pop' in to the office now and again to check in, and Sean was always friendly and welcoming to him. The viewings were always accompanied and he was always given feedback. If you are thinking about using this agent, DO IT - you won't be dissapointed.<br>Thanks so much again for all of your hard work.
