9th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Truly first rate experience from start to finish.<br><br>Of the 3 higher end national estate agents we invited around to value our home last November, there was one standout - Knight Frank.<br><br>Ed Hunt and Lottie Lambert from Knight Frank’s Winchester office displayed a level of pre-preparation I was very surprised to see. They came armed with the floor plan and previous sales particulars (we had bought 7 years prior through another agent), and immediately remarked on the improvements we had made. Such was their level of professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for our home that my wife and I both said afterwards that there was no competition; we wanted them to sell our house.<br><br>While the market has been challenging, Knight Frank succeeded in finding two buyers / and offers for us in a period of weeks; and helped us cultivate the most promising of the two while they marketed their own house in Balham. That sale was being conducted through Knight Frank’s Balham office, ensuring great communication all round.<br><br>Lottie has been with us every step of the way and with the sale now exchanged, I felt it right to post this review (entirely unsolicited) to highlight what I consider exemplary service throughout. Would highly recommend. Sincere thanks from both of us.

Communication was fast and detailed. Can not praise the tema enough for how they made they transition so smoth and quick.

24th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)My husband and I recently managed to get a property with Hamptons and we had an amazing experience. I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????
30th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Fox & Sons successfully sold my property, and for that I am grateful. However, I was disappointed with the level of service once a buyer had been found.<br><br>Communication was good initially but became disappointing as the sale progressed. Calls and emails often took several days to be returned, and I regularly found myself chasing for updates rather than being kept informed. An additional £99 + VAT AML/ID fee was also added, which I hadn't expected, and the property video that had been discussed never materialised.<br><br>The sale did complete successfully, but there was no communication to congratulate us on exchanging or completing, despite these being significant milestones. The invoice, however, arrived very promptly.<br><br>For a fee of around £3,000 plus VAT, I expected a more proactive and personal service throughout the transaction. Everyone I dealt with was polite, and I genuinely hope this feedback is taken constructively because better communication would make a huge difference to the overall customer experience.

From initial property valuation right through to sale and completion he is outstanding.<br>On both occasions we were kept well informed throughout.<br>He listens to your requirements and is a true gentleman when showing potential buyers around.<br>We will not hesitate to use him again in the future.<br>Thank you James.

I received regular updates on the progress of the sale, and my specific requests were responded to professionally and promptly. I would recommend Bournes to anyone looking for an estate agent that offers that little bit extra.

18th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)I was a tenant in Salisbury from 2019 to 2026. The staff at the Salisbury branch are very friendly and take the time to listen to your concerns. Whenever I had something that needed fixing they would have it organized in short order. I have since purchased the property that I was renting with Goadsby acting on behalf of the seller but at the same time went the extra mile to help me to sort my side of things out. I can confirm that they were easy to deal with and I always felt like they were in my corner which made a big difference. Scott. Salisbury.

They were extremely quick to respond and kept us updated throughout the process. They were happy to manage the process as we wanted, with care and attention and secured us a new tenant in 10 days from first meeting to move in date. Above all, they were professional, courteous and respectful. I would definitely recommend Winkworth letting team!
19th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)I was approached by Mr Jack Chitty of Woolley & Wallis, who assured me that he could sell our house for the asking price or more. I’ve heard similar promises before from other companies, and they all left us disappointed, but Jack was different. I trusted him, and I’m glad I did.<br><br>From the very beginning, Jack was in constant communication, guiding us through what needed to be done and offering genuine support throughout the process. He is an amazing bloke to speak to, highly professional, yet able to share a joke when he could tell I was struggling. His manner made the whole experience far easier than I expected.<br><br>Not only did Jack deliver on his word, he sold our house for more than the asking price we had set. He also showed a level of care and commitment that went well beyond what you’d expect from a real estate agent. I genuinely feel that I’ve gained more than just excellent service; I’ve gained a brother.<br><br>I cannot recommend Jack Chitty and Woolley & Wallis highly enough.
