25th Mar 2021 (3 years ago)Keen to start with and good at supplying statistics, but slow to respond to emails and some emails not replied to. Telephone communication was good and received feed back after all viewings expect final viewing. Unable to convert high percentage of interest into viewings. Not all that impressed with professional photographer who didn't take pictures of some rooms, which we had to take ourselves. Didn't receive copy of printed brochure until contract was coming to an end and didn't receive copy of video.

9th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Very knowledgeable and professional agents. They recognised the key features to highlight when selling our property. There was no pressure applied, but good advice given in relation to marketing. They achieved a sale price in excess of the guide and were completely reliable and trustworthy throughout.

They were rarely able to do viewings, so we had to do them ourselves. There was no feedback unless we telephoned them. We were told that a specific person would be dealing with our home, but this person changed 5 times! There seemed to be obvious problems within the staff. We are very disappointed.
