He showed an interest as I showed him around and had some very helpful advice for me. They keep you well up to date and it is never too much trouble for them if you call. They are an impressive team.

12th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.

25th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)Samuel Wood was engaged to promote and sell our late Mother’s house in Ludlow. We has previously tried two other agents in the town with no results. Samuel Wood were realistic and proactive. Communication was good and clear. Although due to a slow market and plenty of available properties it took some time a sale was achieved. I would happily recommend Samuel Wood to anyone buying or selling a property in Ludlow.
26th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Emma my Estate Agent came round and looked at the property on a Saturday morning and said that she would do some research and get back to me with a price. Later that afternoon she emailed me with a valuation for.the house. Unlike a previous Estate Agent there were no frills or glossy brochures of other properties thay had for sale and I wasnt overloaded with lots of information. There were a few issues surrounding the construction of the house but that didn't fase the agents. They have been very good at letting me know when I had a viewing and passed on the feedback they were given afterwards. They have been at the other end of the phone if needed or any emails I sent were promptly replied to.- 16th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)they were very helpful with the buying of my stunning house which is the one for me. they sold it for a very reasonable price and i was very Domaine with that

Thank you Kathryn Lee, you were always so encouraging. Forever grateful to you. Very happy and settled now in my new home.
4th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)We had a fantastic experience buying our home and couldn’t recommend Jackson property highly enough!<br><br>As soon as we met Alex at the first viewing he was positive, friendly, incredibly helpful and flexible on viewing timings ( which is really appreciated ). He went above and beyond throughout the process and was a real help whenever we had a question or needed anything.<br><br>Tash has also been fantastic throughout the buying process. She has been incredibly helpful, approachable and quick to respond, which made such a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful time.<br><br>The whole team have been brilliant from start to finish. Their communication has been excellent, they’ve always kept us informed, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br>A huge thank you to Alex, Tash and the entire team for helping make the process of buying our home such a positive experience.<br>We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

11th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)There was a few days delay getting the property on the market but this was because they were very busy. We accepted an offer just four weeks after it appeared on Rightmove so if this goes through to completion we won't have anything to complain about !

Alongside, the inventory team with Jacqui Edwards add further invaluable support to the whole process, such that by so doing it allows the new tenant to be ready to move in sooner rather than later. Excellent work, all round by the team. So grateful. Thank you.

They maintain communication throughout a lengthy process, repeatedly checking the sale progress with both the buyer and seller. They respond rapidly and positively to all requests. They are professional while being friendly. I strongly recommend them.

We had difficulties with our sale (problematic buyer and their solicitor!) but Brookes were incredibly supportive throughout the process. In particular Claire was fantastic working closely with us and their client! If we ever sell then I know who we will be using!
