We were impressed that all of the local team came to look at the house so they had first hand experience when it came to discussing the property with potential buyers. They gave us great advice on handling the actual sale and they secured us a final offer over the asking price. Great company, great people.

10th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)5 stars doesn’t quite do my experience justice, I dealt with Beccy throughout my purchase and I can’t thank her enough. As a first time buyer, Beccy has been the most helpful person I could have wished to deal with. She answered every question I asked no matter how silly, spent hours of her time pushing for completion on my behalf when I felt like I was getting nowhere and was a genuinely nice person to deal with during the most stressful time.

Cobb Amos were commissioned to assess and value our property. 5 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, we had a message that they had cancelled, due to sickness. A second appointment was also missed. We later learned that they had done the valuation in their own office and told the company who commissioned them that they would visit the property to confirm their assessment. There was no pressure applied, but good advice given in relation to marketing. They achieved a sale price in excess of the guide and were completely reliable and trustworthy throughout.

10th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)I would give -0 if I could The worst estate agents I have dealt with. Unprofessional people are working there and only care about taking your money. They don't care about repairs or any other issue you have with the property They use EVERY possible excuse to make YOU pay for things that you are not supposed to by using LIES. Especially when you leave the property they make sure they keep a BIG chunk of your deposit to refurbish the property on your expenses ???? Whether you are a landlord or a tenant: Avoid like the plague??

When I decided to re-sell I firstly had chosen another multi branch agent who I thought were selling and marketing successfully as I had seen their advertising boards all around my area. I was to remain loyal to them for months without success. Then I approached Wrights, a small friendly independent agent to help me sell again. Sure enough Stuart and his team have done it again! Their selling fees are really competitive and my online advertisements were listed as premium to boost online views.

They were more proactive than the solicitors and manage to progress things along. Their staff are very polite and helpful and return calls promptly. A very good experience with them.
