12th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.

2nd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)m our first contact with your office we were impressed with the professional, relaxed approach we received from Adam who attended the address to do the valuation. He was attentive and knowledgeable. We then had dealings with Beth. Again from the onset we were pleased with her calm professional attitude. As we progressed through the process we encountered a number of issues and delays. We struggled with obtaining information from our solicitors, and there were a couple of times where we considered taking the property off the market as the process was becoming too onerous. However Beth stepped up and essentially took control of things. She has a knack of calming situations and allaying our concerns. If she was asked to do something she did in a quiet efficient manner providing us with timely updates and reassurance that things would get there in the end. She was friendly and supportive but remained professional throughout our contact with her. I can honestly say that without her guidance and support we would, in all reality, have removed our property from sale preventing us from retiring to the coast.

Thank you Kathryn Lee, you were always so encouraging. Forever grateful to you. Very happy and settled now in my new home.

Holland Broadbridge stands out as genuinely the best we’ve worked with.<br><br>Everyone in the office has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout our tenancy. We’ve dealt with Millie from the beginning, who has been wonderful, but everyone we’ve encountered has been so helpful. When a repair was arranged, the team went above and beyond - not only sorting the issue we knew about, but fixing an additional problem we hadn’t even expected. Little moments like that really show you the kind of team you’re dealing with.<br><br>Their contractors have been efficient and respectful too. It’s been a genuinely great experience from start to finish, and we’d recommend Holland Broadbridge without hesitation to anyone looking for a letting agent who actually looks after their tenants. They’re the best in Shrewsbury, and we feel lucky that they’ve made our experience of returning to this beautiful place so welcoming.

Darren, Molly and Ellie have a slick operation; we found communication was great throughout, everything was done fast and without hassle and we were content with our sale price and the timescales achieved in the market conditions. Ellie in particular was so helpful and provided useful updates throughout without any pressure on our family. Whilst they are at a slighter higher price point than other estate agents, we did found the service reflected that in our opinion and seemed to provide a smooth process for buyer and seller alike.

Steve came round and had an honest talk with me about what I wanted to achieve with my move. Yes I lowered my price but not by much. Weekly touch base calls and serious viewers only. Great communication throughout and a special mention of Emily who has been so supportive and worked so hard to get the deal over the line. Many thanks
24th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Found them to be extremely arrogant, who complains about a purchasers solicitor being on holiday in the middle of the school holidays. Obviously never sold a property in the summer before. Then expects the purchaser to let the vendor to be able to enter the property after contracts and payment have been made. Typical expectation of estate agents, middle men who do nothing and treat purchasers like dirt. Can't wait for the housing market to stop and the boot is on the other foot, and estate agents have to earn a living.

21st May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Mark Wiggin Estate Agents handled our recent sale in the Marches very efficiently, despite the challenging property climate at the time. The office team provided us with regular updates, prompt support and advice. It was a fairly drawn-out process as the chain was long and complicated but it all completed successfully on the appointed day. Mark and his team provided a most helpful personal service and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

From the initial booking of the evaluation, to their marketing expertise. All the way through to bookings and viewings. They have been amazing! Sales progression have been great. Pushing the sales along when we thought it had stalled!
