They have both been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of selling our property.<br><br>Selling a house can be stressful, and there were plenty of ups and downs along the way, but Molly and Ellie were always so helpful, supportive and kept us updated every step of the way. 22nd Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Only communicated with us twice in 16 weeks, once for the only viewing. Seemed to drop us immediately when we told them we were looking at another estate agent.
24th Aug 2022 (4 years ago)Found them to be extremely arrogant, who complains about a purchasers solicitor being on holiday in the middle of the school holidays. Obviously never sold a property in the summer before. Then expects the purchaser to let the vendor to be able to enter the property after contracts and payment have been made. Typical expectation of estate agents, middle men who do nothing and treat purchasers like dirt. Can't wait for the housing market to stop and the boot is on the other foot, and estate agents have to earn a living.

12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)They only care about properties to sell, rentals tho they half arse and don’t really care about, they will leave you in the dark ghost you and not update you, you have to go out of your way to make sure they do there job and even then it’s luck of the draw if they do or don’t …. Letting agents no wonder they have a bad reputation….
