19th Aug 2015 (8 years ago)Very good,Helped me let out my my late mothers cottage for a year to help pay the tax and duties etc. Found lovely tenants and looked after the property for me as I live three hours away. Would recommend them. Hannah has been wonderful.

The entire sales process was professional and seamless; from the initial valuation, the photos and marketing material they created to assisting all the way through to the successful exchange and completion. We are so grateful for all their hard work and for always being approachable, friendly and supportive. We honestly cannot thank you enough. We previously had our property on the market with Seddons and their service was under par. Needless to say we wouldn't hesitate to recommend your services.

4th Dec 2022 (1 year ago)We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home. Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months. We have now taken our property off the market until next year.
