1st Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.

22nd Jul 2026 (22 days ago)Following a very protracted sale of our much-loved Somerset family home of nearly 50 years, during a very difficult market, at the top of a chain, high praise firstly to Brian Bishop and, later to Marcus Browne. The whole Taunton J-S team acted with great professionalism, calm and thoroughness. Always quickly responsive to phone calls and emails. Very sensitive, diplomatic and caring in what was an extremely demanding scenario.<br><br>Crucially, the chain management was outstanding with constant attention to what was happening further back.<br><br>Marcus went above and beyond to achieve the goal. Can't give enough praise to him.<br><br>J-S Cheeky Bricks podcasts every 2 weeks - EXCELLENT information very well-presented and fun to listen to. Listen to all of them! I can't remember which one it is but an early episode concerns choosing an agent to sell your property - a MUST! It's worth doing your homework at the outset.

Laurence has been nothing but a 10/10 mortgage advisor. He’s helped us every step of the way, answering every question we have, no matter how small! He spoke through everything to help us clearly understand each step, really appreciated this as it’s very daunting for first time buyers. He is SUPER quick with all his responses, even till late into the evenings! Truly couldn’t recommend him enough for anyone starting this process!! THANK YOU LAURENCE! ????????

From start to finish, the whole experience of selling our home was brilliant.<br><br>A massive shout out in particular to Jack (COYS!), who was our agent throughout the process. He was so relatable, down to earth and just a genuinely lovely guy. By the end of it, we honestly felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than an estate agent! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and the communication throughout was 10/10.<br><br>Clare and Jordan were also fab, stepping in and helping both Jack and us along the way whenever needed. The whole team just made what is normally a really stressful process feel so much easier.<br><br>Our house sold within 5 days of going on the market, and the photos and videos they arranged were amazing and presented our home beautifully. They'd even organised off market viewings, before it had even gone live.<br><br>We actually bought this same house through Bradleys back in 2020 and had a great experience with them then too, so it felt quite fitting that they were the ones to sell it for us as we move on to our next chapter.<br><br>Just a genuinely lovely bunch of people who are great at what they do. We have never had such proactive, caring, and personal service from any other agent with moving house. Totally changing the estate agent cliché. So much so I'd love to work with this company myself. 27th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)When we were buying our house in Washford, Wlikie May & Tuckwood were the agent for the seller. Unfortunately, our sale was riddled with problems which held up the purchase, turning it into a stop-start process for nine frustrating months. But, Wilkie May & Tuckwood's perfect understanding of our difficulties and their highly professional help in solving them, was exemplary. We did not know that estate agents could be as good as Wilkie May & Tuckwood are. Huge thanks go to Justin, Ellie and Faye at Wilkie May & Tuckwood in Watchet.

All the people, i dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the photography as all the staging was left to me and nothing was arranged to make it look better.

We had some tricky solicitors to deal with, but they helped us navigate the whole thing, kept us constantly in the loop, and did a lot of the chasing on our behalf to get the purchase over the line.<br><br>Highly recommend.
