10th Jun 2026 (16 weeks ago)I was living in 50 Constantine house! I’m asking people to be take care of any details while dealing with this agency!<br><br>They don’t support you with maintenance and once you finish the contract make sure to call them because they don’t give any support or leads to take an advantage on the tenant and let him extend some days with fees!<br><br>I finished my fixed contract with them and 2 days before I depart from Exeter I called to see what shall I do and they told me no you have to extend one more month! I told them no one emailed me and helped me regarding this and they were like you must pay!<br><br>We gave back the apartment clean and tidy and left the keys inside the same day they were having viewing for another tenant and we left the keys inside with them and they left it and emailed us 7 days later that we must pay 310£ one week rent because we didn’t give the keys to the office!<br><br>Also the cleaning fee even though the apartment is super clean they charged us big amounts im sure 80% of it is considered profit as well as their poor performance in maintenance and helping tenants to live in a comfortable place.<br><br>If you are forced to deal with them just focus on your rights and the contract especially.
1st Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.
19th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)Gibbins Richards in Wellington have been the most amazing Estate Agents whilst selling my house. Their enthusiasm, patience and attention to detail are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they helped and encouraged every step of the way in what proved to be quite a complex transaction with a difficult buyer. I cannot praise them highly enough - definitely recommended for anyone selling or buying.

My wife and I would be very happy to use their services again. Staff who were particularly worthy of mention were Florence, Rachael and Sandi who were very patient and helpful during what has been a challenging and time consuming sale.

12th Sep 2026 (15 days ago)I recently visited Fox & Sons in Taunton to purchase a Victorian terraced house in the town. From start to finish Millie and Peter and his team were very professional and super friendly. The sale went through in only a few months, even though I had to renegotiate a new offer after having a survey done.<br>Peter kept me fully advised at every step of the purchase and I would happily recommend him and his local team to any prospective house buyers.

I had a few troubles with references/ guarantors but they walked me through it all and were very patient with me which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Myself and my children now have somewhere we can call home and we couldn’t be anymore thankful!

The whole team were friendly, professional and really helpful. Communication was excellent - really clear and prompt. We sold our house through them in a particularly difficult period and found that their communication was professional and prompt from the whole team, from feedback from viewings, getting our home onto the market promptly and good photographs. We especially found Jen to be an excellent communicator, she was honest and was confident in using her judgment to make the best decisions for selling our property and we felt we could trust her to take care of us. We would also like to mention how professional Patrick was, who was very good at communicating updates on our sales progression and made us feel at ease throughout the process. Both Jen & Patrick supported us when we lost our first buyer (through no fault of themselves) and went above and beyond helping us to get straight back on the market, find a new buyer and even helping us to arrange removals and keep us updated when we were on holiday.<br><br>I would genuinely recommend Gibbins Richards Taunton to anyone who is looking to sell, you will receive a great service and feel well looked after by the team.

26th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)This is truly one of the most genuine, kind and helpful team of people that we have ever had the pleasure of working with.<br>We started our journey being shown houses by the very knowledgeable Faye, not only did she show us around houses but she also had a range of suggestions on hand whenever we asked her for help on various aspects as we were new to the area.<br>Secondly once we had decided to buy the house, the very efficient Ellie was always on hand to progress the purchase and to obtain answers to any questions we had. 26th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)As Palmer Snell is part of a larger network, they had to deal with a central office which delayed thing at times. All the people, i dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the photography as all the staging was left to me and nothing was arranged to make it look better.

From Hannah showing a genuine interest in the house during valuation and Amy constantly plugging away behind the scenes to constantly keep the process moving, the whole team provided fantastic customer service and kept us updated throughout.<br><br>Our buyers themselves commented on their knowledge and professionalism, and as buyers ourselves we have realised how rare this can be amongst Estate agents! We went from going on the market to completion date in just over 3 months; which in the current market is impressive. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amy, Nick and the whole team to anyone in the Taunton area.
