10th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I was living in 50 Constantine house! I’m asking people to be take care of any details while dealing with this agency!<br><br>They don’t support you with maintenance and once you finish the contract make sure to call them because they don’t give any support or leads to take an advantage on the tenant and let him extend some days with fees!<br><br>I finished my fixed contract with them and 2 days before I depart from Exeter I called to see what shall I do and they told me no you have to extend one more month! I told them no one emailed me and helped me regarding this and they were like you must pay!<br><br>We gave back the apartment clean and tidy and left the keys inside the same day they were having viewing for another tenant and we left the keys inside with them and they left it and emailed us 7 days later that we must pay 310£ one week rent because we didn’t give the keys to the office!<br><br>Also the cleaning fee even though the apartment is super clean they charged us big amounts im sure 80% of it is considered profit as well as their poor performance in maintenance and helping tenants to live in a comfortable place.<br><br>If you are forced to deal with them just focus on your rights and the contract especially.
11th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Wished to get some advice regarding land and principle property titles and was put in contact with Lucy Glanvill. Got generic advice and asked me to put it in writing, which I did. 1st email gets lost, follow up email I get the same generic response we discussed and my last email has gone unanswered. 3 months later I was none the wiser. I phoned Strutt & Parker's rural team and got a knowledgeable answer over the phone in 15mins. I've used Savills in Kent to sell a rural business and was impressed, but my first experience of the Exeter office is lacking and know where to go when the time comes!<br><br>Since posting this review I received a kind phone call apologising for this. I revised my rating from 2 to 4 stars as trying to put things right is rare these days than it used to be.
19th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Gibbins Richards in Wellington have been the most amazing Estate Agents whilst selling my house. Their enthusiasm, patience and attention to detail are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they helped and encouraged every step of the way in what proved to be quite a complex transaction with a difficult buyer. I cannot praise them highly enough - definitely recommended for anyone selling or buying.

They guided us through the sale. Brian did a great job from start to finish , getting us the best price and making the brochure look stunning . They keep me informed of what's happening so that I can still make my own choices in relation to maintenance and tenancies, but I am confident that they will get any issues sorted for me. I look forward to this latest tenancy running smoothly with them in control. Many thanks to you both for your kindness and understanding during the recent tenancy changes.

Unfortunately, our sale was riddled with problems which held up the purchase, turning it into a stop-start process for nine frustrating months. But, Wilkie May & Tuckwood's perfect understanding of our difficulties and their highly professional help in solving them, was exemplary. We did not know that estate agents could be as good as Wilkie May & Tuckwood are. Huge thanks go to Justin, Ellie and Faye at Wilkie May & Tuckwood in Watchet.
26th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)As Palmer Snell is part of a larger network, they had to deal with a central office which delayed thing at times. All the people, i dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the photography as all the staging was left to me and nothing was arranged to make it look better.
