9th Aug 2026 (27 days ago)Really quite terrible. I had a rental with them. At one point they entered my house when I wasn't home, without my permission or any notice which is actually illegal. They got nasty on the phone when I argued with them about not being able to fix my front door lock for 3 days, leaving me with an unlocked house for that entire period. The windows in the property were so outdated that wind came through the cracks, I told them repeatedly about it but they conveniently left it for an entire winter period before sending someone to look at them. The repair man confirmed the windows to be years out of date and practically unfixable. After leaving property they are trying to take most of my deposit by charging me to clean the kitchen, which has currently been ripped out and is outside the house in a skip, paying for hooks to be taken out of the walls which were already there when I moved in, and carpets which are over 10 years old. 100% would not recommend.
26th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)As Palmer Snell is part of a larger network, they had to deal with a central office which delayed thing at times. All the people, i dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the photography as all the staging was left to me and nothing was arranged to make it look better.

I find them to be an excellant estate agent, lovely people, very understanding of our requirements & nothing too much trouble. I very much appreciated their help & I wouldn't hesitate to use them again & I would certainly recommend 100% to anyone looking to sell or even to let.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!
