Choosing ZJ&B made the process much easier with their friendly, professional and supportive attitude. Not all went smoothly, but I was reassured and all questions were answered quickly by my agent.

I was very impressed with the professional way she managed the sale of the property, always keeping me informed and up to date. Also, thanks to the wider team who made a difficult time much easier. It all went through within a couple of months and would probably not have happened without the skills of Annabel Fearnall and her colleagues at Barbers Rural. We made enquiries from several agencies including well-known nationally-recognised firms, but Barbers Rural was by far the best with their intimate knowledge of the locality. There was really no contest and the result of the sale is testimony to that. Also, theirs was by far the most reasonable cost. We have nothing but praise for and thanks to the firm for their professional standards and for the manner in which they prepared our house for the potential limited number of purchasers. We were always confident that Annabel was on top of the situation and was working in our best interests. We can thoroughly recommend Barbers Rural - we couldn't have done better.

3rd Aug 2021 (2 years ago)It's never easy selling the home of a deceased parent, but it helps if you are supported by a good agent. Barbers were alongside us throughout the process, offering helpful advice and support and bringing us to a successful conclusion. A sale was agreed in excess of the asking price within a matter of days, but, due to Covid-19 and other difficulties, took 4 months to complete. Through all this time we never felt cut off or out of the loop, as we were kept well-informed of progress (or lack of it!).
