We have sold our house through a different estate agent, but have been dealing with Holland and Broadbridge when attempting to buy another house. We cannot fault Steve and his team at all. They have been contactable at all times, played the middle man for us in the best possible way, have maintained professionalism and positivity all through our experiences with them. Danielle, who showed us around the house we were intending to buy was so lovely, welcoming and warm. We really can not fault the whole Holland and broadbridge team at all (ESPECIALLY with the end result). Thank you for helping us, and, IF we decide to move again, we shall definitely be selling through them.

Did not have a good experience with Holland Broadbridge. I very specifically ask for 24 hours notice before a viewing and requested not on a Sunday. Also asked to be contacted on my mobile only and yet this was not adhered to. Every time I spoke on the phone regarding my property, I felt I was not listened to and was actually spoken over. Did not feel much effort was put in to selling my home and only had two viewings in 5 months!!!! Not a lot of marketing seemed to be done and instead very quickly was approached about reducing the cost!!! I was actually warned by quite a few people not to go with these guys and I wish I had listened. Even now having told them to remove my property, they asked if they could go on as a second agent and said they had tried contacting me several times leaving messages but did not call the number I said to call on. In the end I found them quite rude and unprofessional.
