Communication was excellent from start to finish, they dealt with any questions we had and offered solutions. Everyone was knowledgeable about the progress of the house and we had regular emails and phone calls to keep us up to date. The photos were of a high quality and well presented for buyers. Highly recommended!

10th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)We have just recently sold our home, from start to finish the completion took just 13 weeks. We used Your Move Wellington, reason for choosing Your Move (over the other 2 Estate Agents) was due to the excellent communication from the start and the full package of support offered with experience and support by both Estate Agents and Solictors. Tim visited and was very professional, you can tell how much time was shown to explore the address and other areas of properties being sold and from that first meeting we wished to have Your Move being the chosen agents to sell our property. From a Whatsapp group to then having outstanding service from Georgia, Georgia is a star and made the full process a great experience for us. From emails to phone calls with updates made our time with Your Move a great one. All questions answered and shared all key information back for us from 1st communication to then final one for when the keys handed over to the new owners. It’s been a pleasure dealing with Your Move Wellington, a big thank you once again for Georgia!

5th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Staff at the Ironbridge office, particularly Will, were very helpful and seemed to be doing all they could to ensure our purchase went through smoothly. Our initial inquiry was to the Much Wenlock office who were unable to give us a copy of the details for the property and didn't seem able to print out a set. Similarly our final experience was with the Telford office who delayed the handover of keys to the property. They claimed they were waiting for confirmation that payment had been received even though we had been given confirmation more than an hour earlier that this had happened.
28th May 2026 (23 days ago)Rented a house from them. The worst experience ever. You will never feel like you have a house. They just want your money. Your rights to privacy or your problems to be solved does not exist. Be very CAREFUL!!!
17th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)I've recently sold a property through the Nock Deighton team, in Ironbridge. I can honestly say, they were all excellent. I dealt with Ellie on a very regular basis and she was fantastic. She was professional, patient, helpful and very understanding, when I faced delays with my completion dates, due to issues beyond my control. I would definitely use Nock Deighton again, without hesitation. In fact I've already asked them to keep me informed of any properties that come to market, that I maybe interested in. 5 stars well deserved

10th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)As a new landlord, I was extremely anxious about the whole process, especially with the new laws and regulations etc. However, I’m so delighted I chose Barker Healey! They came recommended by two separate people who both said they had positive experiences and I can see why! Claire, the manager of lettings, was amazing from start to finish. Very thorough and detailed, all processes were clear, information about their fees were transparent etc. She answered all of my questions and wasn’t put off with the amount of them. She was so polite and respectful. She was very patient and understood my situation. She created a lovely post about my property and she showed a range of prospective tenants around the property. Her communication was excellent and she kept me informed at all stages. In life, you have to trust your instinct and I’m glad I trusted mine with Claire. Moving away means I won’t be able to oversee my property and I feel I can fully trust Claire and her team to oversee and manage it. She has taken a huge weight off my mind. Her diligent, conscientious work ethic means I haven’t been as anxious as before and it’s one less thing for me to think about! BH: Fair, polite, honest, hardworking, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely thorough and well organised with regular communication. Thank you to Claire and the team at BH! You 100% deserve the business!

Sophie went above and beyond to negotiate the best terms for me and all parties including landlord were happy to exchange. I was also in contact with Joe who assisted with all my enquiries. 15th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)Overpromised, Underperformed and Untrustworthy – My Costly Mistake with HSD I initially listed my property with PurpleBricks in March 2025 for £535,000. After limited viewings over a three-month period, I began exploring other options and submitted an enquiry to WeBuyAnyHouse. They quickly came back with an offer of £460,000—roughly 14% below asking—claiming it would allow for a quick sale. I immediately declined, as I was not in a rush and didn’t want to take such a significant loss. Shortly after, my details were apparently passed on to House Sales Direct (HSD), seemingly a sister company, without my explicit consent. HSD came across as professional and engaging at first. They promised a 98% success rate in selling properties within 28 days, citing a strong network of pre-approved buyers and investors who could complete within 6–8 weeks. They suggested a sale price spread of £510k–£535k, assuring me they would work to get me the best price possible. It sounded promising. Based on these assurances, I decided to proceed with HSD. I withdrew my PurpleBricks listing—costing me £300—with the understanding that HSD’s investor network would accelerate the sale. But things quickly began to unravel. Despite supposedly having investors lined up, HSD said they needed to relist my property on Rightmove first. When I questioned why investors couldn’t simply view the home, the response was vague. It took nearly two weeks for them to relist, and the new asking price was £525,000. A full week passed without any communication. Then came a call recommending the price be dropped to £499,000. I was told this was “just a marketing tactic,” and that they still aimed to get me a sale within the original £510k–£535k range. But I struggled to understand how listing a property nearly £40,000 lower would achieve that. I asked again about the investors. They finally admitted the only offer received was the same £460k I'd declined weeks earlier through WeBuyAnyHouse. This was when the red flags really began to show. Why wasn’t I told this upfront? Why present an optimistic price range if their investor offer was fixed at £460k from the beginning? Why was I encouraged to pull the property from PurpleBricks if they intended to rely on the open market anyway? I could have just reduced the price there and avoided unnecessary costs and delays. Doing more research online, I found stories from others with eerily similar experiences. It appeared HSD’s real model was to attract sellers with high expectations and then drop the price, relying on open-market tactics to force a quick sale. Despite claiming not to charge commission, they would never clearly explain how they made their money. It seems they may be negotiating higher prices with buyers while offering sellers less—profiting off the gap. No transparency, no trust. Meanwhile, they knew I was paying a high mortgage on an empty property. It became clear they were hoping I’d become desperate enough to accept the same low £460k offer I had already rejected twice. In the four weeks my property was listed with them, only four viewings were arranged. Two were no-shows. Of the remaining two, one viewer stayed for just five minutes—asked no questions and didn’t even view all the rooms. It felt performative, not serious. As expected, neither viewer submitted an offer, despite supposedly being “pre-qualified and keen.” Eventually, I told HSD I wanted to withdraw the property. That’s when I was informed—shockingly—that I had unknowingly signed up for a 52-week contract, and I’d need to pay £1,500 to exit, or £999 if paid within 7 days. I wrote to them, acknowledged that they had done some work, and offered a reasonable £699 exit fee, explaining I needed to rent the home out due to financial strain. They refused and insisted on full payment. I paid the £999 immediately—but it still took a full week and several chasers before they finally removed the property from Rightmove. By the end of the ordeal, it was clear I was no longer a priority for them. In summary: Do I regret choosing HSD? Absolutely. Would I recommend them to someone looking for a fair, transparent, and professional house sale experience? No. If your only goal is to sell quickly and you don’t care about value, they might work for you. But if you want to sell your home at a decent price with a partner you can trust, I strongly advise staying away from HSD.

From the initial booking of the evaluation, to their marketing expertise. All the way through to bookings and viewings. They have been amazing! Sales progression have been great. Pushing the sales along when we thought it had stalled!
