Communication was excellent from start to finish, they dealt with any questions we had and offered solutions. Everyone was knowledgeable about the progress of the house and we had regular emails and phone calls to keep us up to date. The photos were of a high quality and well presented for buyers. Highly recommended!

My case was far from straightforward, with several complications along the way, but he handled everything with professionalism and confidence from start to finish. What really stood out was his ability to simplify a complex buy to let situation. He took the time to understand my circumstances, explained all available options clearly, and worked tirelessly to secure the right deal. Even when challenges came up, he was proactive and always one step ahead, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. Tim, the salesman who came out to value our house, was knowledgeable, friendly and gave us great confidence from the start. He took the time to explain the process clearly and provided a realistic and helpful valuation. Throughout the sale, Georgia in the office was our main point of contact and she was excellent. She was always professional, helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Georgia kept us updated at every stage and made what can often be a stressful process feel much smoother and well managed. Overall, the whole experience was handled very professionally and efficiently. We would definitely use them again and would happily recommend their services to others.

We cannot recommend them highly enough. As a landlord, I’ve found their property stewardship to be second to none. They are incredibly proactive and always ensure that everything from maintenance to tenant relations is handled seamlessly. They truly go above and beyond to provide an stress-free experience, and I trust them implicitly.

When our first buyer fell through, Bethan was able to get us a better deal with the second buyers and it only took two days to sell the second time. A big thank for your efforts. Tracey was always there for us following the first sale. She was keen to help at all times answering our queries and progressed the sale most professionally. We can't thank her enough.

Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! From the initial booking of the evaluation, to their marketing expertise. All the way through to bookings and viewings. They have been amazing! Sales progression have been great. Pushing the sales along when we thought it had stalled!
