Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!

11th Mar 2021 (3 years ago)Whether you are selling or letting your property, nothing is too much trouble for this company. I have used Leapfrog in the past for letting properties but it had been ages since I had sold one. Sarah and Heather made sure everything was fully explained and that I was kept informed at every step of the sales process. Great service.

14th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I was a long term tenant, which the property management was taken over by Property Box and a new landlord. No due process. On leaving the property I found the agent fabricated unsubstantiated claims against my bond. Very poor... would recommend you stay away. Luckily the bond retention scheme awarded the return of my bond back to the tenant. From a landlord perspective, they failed to advise due process and stay ethical. Not recommended.
