After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx

We live in Australia so harder selling a house in the UK from the other side of the world but Demi and the team worked hard to find us a buyer in a difficult market and made the whole experience stress free.<br>They also helped move the sale along and dealt with many of the queries in our absence. Couldn’t be happier with their efforts and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

4th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)Ingleby Homes were fantastic, From the very first day they were amazing, Within a few hours my house was advertised on their website and a ‘For Sale’ sign was in my garden. Within two days I received an offer of the full asking price. They worked together with my solicitor to ensure the sale went through smoothly without any hitches. All the staff were friendly and super helpful, I definitely recommend Ingleby Homes to anyone who is looking to sell their property,

The previous team of Brian & Neil were excellent but now the staff won't return calls or emails and still owe me £150 since last Dec which they promised to pay but never have. Very poor.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

First, there is no way to actually speak to them on the phone — when I called, a voice message specifically stated that you cannot call them directly and I had to leave a message instead. For an estate agency, that is ridiculous.<br><br>I was visiting Ormskirk from another part of the UK and only in the area for a few hours. While driving in the area, I spotted a property I was interested in, so I made the effort to drive to their branch in person. I was met by a saleswoman from their team, who was cold and frankly snooty. Every question I asked was met with a long-winded "no" and zero useful information.<br><br>I am a seasoned property investor, part of the largest property network in the UK and Europe, and I regularly buy houses. Through their unhelpfulness and her dismissive attitude, they have lost not just my business but business from my wider network. I will not be using GR Estates again, and based on my experience I couldn't recommend them to anyone.

They helped make a difficult process that was beset with various problems somewhat easier. I would definitely recommend them.

I paid a £150 holding deposit after being told the landlord had approved my application and that I would proceed as the tenant.<br><br>Only a few hours later, I was informed that the application had been rejected and the refund would be issued. The refund was not processed on time, forcing me to chase it daily with no proper communication or urgency. It was only returned after a full week of constant follow-ups.<br><br>Although the money was eventually refunded, the way this was handled was unacceptable, stressful, and shows a clear lack of professionalism and respect for tenants’ time and money. I would not use this agency again and strongly advise others to be cautious.
17th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

22nd Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Paul at Ewe Move sold our home in Cleckheaton and was brilliant from start to finish. We’ve had poor experiences with estate agents in the past but Paul was exceptionally good. He sat and explained everything thoroughly for an hour and a half on his first visit to the house and didn’t just race around rooms pretending to measure up. He seemed really invested. Most of all, he LISTENED to us and understood that we wanted a realistic price for a quick sale, and didn’t try to persuade us that we could achieve thousands more.<br>Paul’s marketing was excellent with professional looking photos and videos and good use of social media. He organised viewings back to back and secured interest almost immediately.<br>Paul sold our house for full asking price within 3 days of it hitting the market, and we couldn’t have been happier.<br>Communication was outstanding throughout, with a dedicated WhatsApp number which was answered by Paul very quickly. He even kindly passed messages on between ourselves and our buyers.<br>All in all we’d absolutely recommend Ewe Move if you’re thinking of selling your home. Especially if you want an honest, professional service rather than empty sales patter.
