25th May 2023 (10 mo. ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

5th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)We dealt with Richard Towler in respect of the purchase of our property in North Yorkshire. There were significant complications in the purchase which resulted from problems with our sale but Richard was able, through his patient and attentive approach, to keep everyone motivated to conclude the transaction. Whilst he didn't deal with our sale we would certainly use him in the future should we ever decide to sell our property. Although acting for the seller he made sure that we were kept informed about the latest position and was courteous and professional in all of his dealings with us without being intrusive.

After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx

Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!

Rachel Martin is my contact and the service I receive from her is first class. Nothing is too much trouble nd whatever task I ask her to deal with, the attention to detail and quickness of response is excellent. Before retirement I was responsible for the training & personnel arrangements of 2,300 staff, so I know what I am talking about. Rachel Martin has the ability to ensure prospective clients, whether buying or selling, are 'put at ease' and quickly realise that they are going to receive excellent service. She is a valuable asset to Bridgfords, and not someone who could be easily replaced. Well worth ensuring her career path is positive, not only for her benefit but also that of Bridgfords.

From honouring a previous quote to fantastic support in the final weeks to completion - the team at the Ingleby Barwick branch have been so efficient, professional, kind and informative. Great marketing, sound advice and support in securing solicitors, they have held our hand through the whole process, making something that can be stressful, easy. A special thank you to Andrea, who always returned my calls, was understanding, empathic and for whom no question was too silly! Highly recommended local firm who know the market.- 15th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Friendly staff and easy to contact. We only had a small number of viewings but they found a buyer in the end. Perhaps the property was over valued and we then had the fall in house prices and the increase in interest rates which probably didn't help.

The marketing showcased our property in the best possible way and all viewings were carried out in a professional and friendly manner. There was great communication both before and after any viewings which meant that a buyer was found very quickly.
