3rd Apr 2024 (17 days ago)I have just bought a house through Lovetts in Leamington Spa. I rarely write reviews but I wanted to acknowledge that Jas Bagri and Ryan Kros were great. They went over and above with what was at times a difficult process with the vendor. Always positive and patient and very communicative. I could not recommend them more highly!

After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx

Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!

19th Dec 2020 (3 years ago)Can’t recommend Reeds Rains enough especially Christine Newell, Branch Manager at the Trimdon Office, who has dealt with the Sale of my house, I always got a prompt response from Christine who has gone beyond her role for me as my sale wasn’t straightforward. Christine has kept in constant touch with me throughout the process keeping me updated.
3rd Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Staff rude abusive, whilst working on a property trades man and estate agent dumped a large amount of commercial waste in a neighbouring property, when approached they became abusive and threatened a resident as well as an enforcement officer. After contacting Bridgefords to resolve this issue they denied any involvement and when evidence was provided they phoned the police and made a false report about being threatened. I would advise you do not contact this company. This business name is also a front for several rogue landlords.
17th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Very proffessional team. I was selling for a elderly family member and felt comfortable and safe with all members of staff. The valuer was honest and gave tip's on how to present the property to highlight it's best features. All communitcation was clear and accurate right through to completion.... and we recieved a very good offer very early in the process. The sale went very smoothly from beging to end

15th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Friendly staff and easy to contact. We only had a small number of viewings but they found a buyer in the end. Perhaps the property was over valued and we then had the fall in house prices and the increase in interest rates which probably didn't help.

I was disappointed with the lack of communication in terms of performance of the adverts, and options I may be able to take to speed up the sale of the property. I felt it was just left to sell itself, or at least I was not updated as to otherwise.
