2nd Jan 2026 (21 weeks ago)Be warned this company is really bad takes deposits and makes excuses up not to proceed and to keep holding deposits along with taking a deposit and when partner admitted she had previous credit issues they tried to say it was not declared when it was and have proof of this. I will be doing full media coverage about this company on tiktok and Facebook so I will upload all proof what I am saying and then you will know not to use Drummonds at all if you are a Tennant or a landlord. I will update a link later today to show evidence and full correspondence from colin drummond of Billingham. Thanks for reading

Absolutely recommend for any first time renters like myself that have been a bit nervous with getting things started. Super understanding and patient while still being reliable for any issues I've had along the way, couldn't be happier with them.

Loads of local knowledge, professional advice and felt friendly and honest. From first viewing I felt like I was in good hands, right up until completion when they accommodated a last minute viewing before exchange and went over and above to sort keys. Don’t usually get this level of service as a purchaser. Thanks again!
30th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)Initial communication was great and gave a really positive first impression. I booked and attended a property viewing, and everything seemed to be moving forward smoothly. However, after submitting my application form via email, I received no acknowledgement at all from Annabelle. I then followed up through the company’s website still no response. After that, I called and was told I would be contacted within 20 minutes once Annabelle returned to the office… but again, no reply. I’m now still waiting with no update. Unfortunately, what started as a professional and responsive experience has turned into a very frustrating lack of communication. Still waiting for that phone call .....

Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
