Although it was Stockton Branch, the Managing Director of both Branches tried to justify the terrible treatment and lack of any consideration from Stockton. Absolutely zero support and a terrible experience, no calls returned, no updates, and eventually blanked. **AVOID**
31st Jan 2024 (2 years ago)What can I say, Parker Stag, Martin and his team are amazing. After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx

Only have good things to say about the lettings department, but the repairs team/property management are the laziest , least helpful people ever . We have a baby in our property and they could’ve cared less about 2 weeks with no heating, a leak for 2 weeks , damp. Absolutely useless
2nd Jan 2026 (13 weeks ago)Be warned this company is really bad takes deposits and makes excuses up not to proceed and to keep holding deposits along with taking a deposit and when partner admitted she had previous credit issues they tried to say it was not declared when it was and have proof of this. I will be doing full media coverage about this company on tiktok and Facebook so I will upload all proof what I am saying and then you will know not to use Drummonds at all if you are a Tennant or a landlord. I will update a link later today to show evidence and full correspondence from colin drummond of Billingham. Thanks for reading

From the very beginning, Clare was so professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent — we were kept updated by Nicola and Leisa at every stage, and any questions we had were answered quickly. Selling a house can be stressful, but they made the process feel smooth and well-managed from start to finish. We really appreciated their efficiency, and dedication. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you again for all your hard work!
26th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)The first contact was with Mark Smith who was very polite and professional at the valuation appointment. He was very tactful in explaining how he arrived at his valuation ( as the property needed major updating) and suggested that the auction route might be a good option. The picture and drone footage on the listing were very good. As we decided on the auction route we didn't really need to speak to Smith and Friends after the listing went live.

11th Dec 2025 (16 weeks ago)We agreed to 20 weeks with them to sell our house, they failed so after 32 weeks we left and they still charged us £264. We are currently looking for an Agent who will make a good effort to sell our property.
16th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)From the beginning, communication was poor. Calls and emails were ignored, updates were not provided unless I chased repeatedly, and I often felt completely in the dark about what was happening with my own property. Basic professionalism and proactive communication were simply not there. What is most frustrating is that a perfectly viable sale appears to have been sabotaged by a lack of competence and care. Key information was either delayed or poorly handled, follow-ups with the buyer were not managed properly, and issues that could have been resolved quickly were allowed to escalate unnecessarily. Instead of guiding the process smoothly, the agent created confusion and tension. There was no sense of urgency, no strategic negotiation, and no accountability when things started to fall apart. Rather than taking responsibility, I was met with excuses and deflection. Selling a property is stressful enough without having to micromanage the very person you are paying to represent your interests. I expected expertise, diligence, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I received the opposite. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before instructing this agency.

9th Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)Rang regards a flat, was scoffed at "holy Christ that's 3 times more than I earn". Sorry that I'm disabled and our money goes 3 ways not one. Told him I had one ccj continued the conversation. Asked why we were leaving the property. Early release due to being uninhabitable, with proof and a letter from my agent, suddenly, no no we can't deal with you. His tone was demeaning from the beginning, little did this "bloke" know, id call him a gentleman but he's not , I own my own business, yes Im poorly at present but not forever but we weren't good enough, even with a guarantor. One day life will get tough for you! I hope someone makes you feel so small and worthless.very discriminative.

From our first meeting with Emma who took the time to go through everything with me rather than a 5 minute look around to finish they made what could have been a really stressful process feel easy and manageable. Communication was excellent throughout, they kept us updated every step of the way and were always happy to answer any questions we had. Their professionalism, support and efficiency made a huge difference, and we genuinely felt like they went above and beyond for us. 13th Mar 2026 (19 days ago)I used progression property to recently sell my house, and even with a few bumps in the road the entire team were absolutely spot on throughout, giving constant feedback and reassurance letting me no what was happening as it was happening, everything was laid on for me by them, so I didn’t have to hunt around for anything, couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

20th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
