24th Jun 2019 (4 years ago)Mark Dhokia and the team at Hunters - London Homes are amazing. Ultra efficient, with a wellspring of helpful expert advice, they are also kind, friendly human beings too. The photos and virtual tour were excellent and our flat was let and occupied within a week, with all paperwork completed at the end of a Friday afternoon within an hour. 16th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)I had a great experience with Victorstone in Shoreditch. My flat was empty with another agent for weeks. I then instructed Victorstone and they rented my flat to 4 professionals within a couple of days. Really impressed with their conduct.

22nd Apr 2024 (21 days ago)These agents tried to sell me a leasehold property in Montpelier which was supposed to convert to a freehold, but this was never written into any contracts. There were other problems as well with documents provided by the seller. I ended up losing several thousand pounds on the deal before cancelling.

17th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.

6th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.
