23rd Apr 2024 (5 days ago)We purchased our new house through Barnard with the help of Imogen and Kelly They were friendly, informative and understood our needs, so didn't message us with irrelevant properties. Towards the business end they were very supportive and communicative which really helped us to progress. I viewed a lot of house and I'm glad I could by a Barnard one. They're superior to the other agents we viewed with
14th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)Avoid avoid avoid Worse than useless. I Put my house on the market with them They showed it to people that were not looking for that type of property just out for the day. No feed back despite several requests for feedback, failed to utilize key features like the summer house in the garden with electric and insulation they said because its an outbuilding they can't utilize it as a selling point, also not showing up for viewings among lots more other failings. When the contract ended I spoke to Rikesh the agent in charge to confirm the end of contract and relisting elsewhere and was told yes it has ended he will push the button to end the listing and I could do what I like in terms of selling with another estate agents. We relisted elsewhere sold and a year later Connells demanded fees for the sale by way of a debt collection company this went on for approximately a year Connells in house complaints procedure is one sided and a joke it finally concluded with the ombudsmen deciding in my favour also stating Connells actions were inappropriate and I received a small compensation settlement so definitely AVOID THEM
12th Aug 2020 (3 years ago)We were very confident Rsk was going to sell our flat. They kept trying to make us decrease the price. After 3 months we had an offer very close to our selling price. They dragged the selling process with the buyer for so long (another 4 months) and the buyer started to decrease the price just before the exchange date saying that he didn’t have enough money for the initial offer. Rsk did nothing about it. It seemed that they were working for the buyer and not for ourselves. So the buyer pulled out and we waisted 6 months in all. As some reviews mention they are liars. Their communication during the selling process was appalling. Zak seemed very good though, a shame.

5th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Jo Godfray showed me kindness. She went out of her way to pick me up from Waitrose in Ealing and drove me to the property for the viewing. She was personable and warm in her approach for which I was immensely grateful. She showed me around the property explaining minute details. Although I did not make an offer on that particular property I enjoyed meeting her and the viewing, After informing her that my son was interested in residing close to the Elizabeth line, she drove me around the back streets of the area to point out the location of the tube station and also a quiet park in the vicinity. I would definitely recommend Jo and also Gibbs Gillespie as a company. She sent me a lovely email this afternoon wishing my son and I well for securing the apartment in a lively neighbourhood. I was touched by her wishes. Thank you very much Jo.

I’m still waiting… Not take seriously the customers Update. I enquired about the property in George Street for 3 Bedrooms not for 2 beds. I called in December and also on January 6/01. I never get any update and anybody never calls me back

14th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)As an overseas landlord we heavily rely on a property management company and hands down i can say Doyle's are so helpful and efficient. their attention to detail and time spent managing our property is far more than most would offer and certainly far more than i get by those that look after properties closer to home. i would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to look after any property.

She communicated with me over all aspects of the sale so I always knew what was going on. As a bonus the house sold quickly for a good price. Very pleased I chose Sinton Andrews and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

He always returns phone calls and deals with any problems promptly and efficiently. As the seller of the property now lives in New Zealand, and because the time difference sometimes made obtaining information difficult, Christian went the extra mile to ensure that things went very smoothly. We have been very impressed with him and would definitely recommend the Chiswick branch of Savills, and especially Christian, to anyone.

When I left the rent they told me the house was not good. Before I rented, the house was a dump But I repaired it. Before I left, they asked me to fix the bedroom, so I did what they said because I didn't want the deposit. Even though I repaired it, they deducted it from my deposit.????????????THESE ARE SCAMMERS

Panay was great in terms of liaising with all parties involved and handling enquiries in an efficient manner. He represented himself professionally and is a credit to Highcastle Eststes. I am over the moon as my completion date is the 15th March 2024. I can not wait to pick up the keys to my new property and meet the team at the Goodmayes Branch. 3rd Apr 2024 (25 days ago)I recently had a very disappointing experience while searching for a rental property. The person with vitiligo who attended to me was extremely demeaning and even went as far as to imply that I was wasting his time within just two minutes of our conversation (it was empty, no costumers, just me) Despite my inquiries about properties listed on their website, he insisted on pushing his own suggestions, claiming to know better. This behaviour was unprofessional and disrespectful, and it greatly detracted from my overall experience. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, this was severely lacking in my interaction with this individual.

Previously, many agencies were uninterested because we have a dog, but Mr. Kwang was very kind and did his best to talk to the landlord and give us the opportunity, and he was very attentive in resolving all of our concerns and keeping in touch. Their digital marketing is best in class, with good photos and thorough information. Unlike other competitors, you are made to feel valued and your time is not wasted. In person they are also very kind and service oriented and they know Ealing well.
27th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Hassan from Perkins Estates in Greenford, and I have to say, it was a great experience. He helped us find and buy a flat, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went down. First off, Mr. Hassan was just so easy to deal with. He really knew his stuff when it came to the local property scene, and he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He was patient, listened to our needs, and didn't try to push anything on us that wasn't right. Communication was top-notch with Mr. Hassan. He kept us in the loop every step of the way, answering our questions quickly and making sure we knew what was going on. It was really reassuring to have someone so reliable guiding us through the process. One thing I really appreciated about Mr. Hassan was his attention to detail. He made sure everything was sorted out smoothly, leaving no stone unturned. It made the whole buying process a breeze. Long story short, if you're in Greenford and in need of a great estate agent, I can't recommend Mr. Hassan at Perkins Estates enough. He's professional, knowledgeable, and just an all-around nice guy to work with. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
25th Apr 2024 (3 days ago)I had a very bad experience with Fixtons Ealing. The property viewings took place in a hurry. Even in the office when I placed my offer, my booked estate agent had to leave for a different meeting. I paid a holding deposit, didn’t receive the answer from the landlord for weeks (although I was told it will happen within one week) and now I am still waiting for my holding deposit to be refunded. The estate agent doesn’t answer and doesn’t care! I am thinking about taking legal advice!!!
