3rd Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Wow! We had one of the most complex house buying processes out there and through it all Sinton Andrews, specifically Rob was there to walk us through it. Rob is thoughtful and thorough. There is no question, this experience cannot be beat. It’s the special combination of being a family operated, local business with people that actually care that make Sinton Andrews so special. We have already recommended them to friends and I look forward to using them/Rob in the future (albeit very distant).

He was very professional and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who what’s an excellent service.

We were sold promises of multiple offers, told to decrease our price as a way to get our original asking price via multiple offers which we were hesitant to do but we did anyway, trusting them like they said. Viewings were rushed, agents arrived late. We did everything advised but they couldn't deliver despite so much of the viewing feedback being so positive about the house. We had to chase to get detailed feedback, chase to confirm viewings, communication was poor, email inboxes were always full so emails sent weren't going through. We had numerous viewings and interest in the house which is in fantastic condition but they somehow couldn't close on it. We have since gone with another agent and wouldn't recommend Tuffin and Wren. The experience was highly stressful overall.

3rd Jul 2021 (2 years ago)Word of warning to those considering renting through GoView -- don't do it! We have just ended a year-long litigation process with this estate agency following the end of our tenancy. For many years we rented through GoView. When we didn't have to deal with their property management team, we were quite content. However, things went sour when a property we rented was managed by the GoView and not the landlord directly. The team was unresponsive, belligerent, and dishonest. We experienced numerous issues throughout our tenancy, from mice in the flat to no heating for a month (during winter) to broken white goods that went unrepaired. Not to mention the lack of respect for our privacy and quiet enjoyment of our home, verbal attacks, and unchecked aggression. Fortunately, we knew our rights (and the law) and refused to give in to their bullying tactics. Overall, a terrible experience that could have been avoided if GoView employed an ounce of professionalism and morality.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.- 20th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!

9th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)Worst agency that we have dealt with for a while. Our experience before we officially signed and became tenants were great. After our tenancy it was somewhat a nightmare. We locked ourselves out from our flat at 7am. We went to their office to borrow their spare key for 5 minutes to cut a copy but they refused to lend it. They sent us away and told us to get a locksmith out instead. Unhelpful is an understatement. A week later, the lovely lady from the shop downstairs told me that the shop have a spare key to the flat as it is owned by the same landlord, andthat they have already told the agency that the spare key is available. So not only did the agency refused to lend heir copy of the key, they also omitted telling us this information. I paid £100 for the locksmith to come out when I did not have to. Not only was the agency not helpful, but it felt like they were deliberately being unhelpful. A month after we moved in, the boiler stopped working and I was without heating for a while day with a small baby. I called the agency at least 5 times, and the answer is always he same ..they are liaising with the landlord. Finally gave up and went downstairs to tell the landlord and it was resolved almost immediately. Not everyone is so lucky to live above their landlord so not sure how others get their maintenance issue resolved via this agency.
7th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)I think I had my best experience ever at Perkins estates. Firstly with Jay on the phone who was very patient and kind helping me with my room research. Then Syar who is a great communicator and he guided me through the viewings. He was very friendly, professional and helpful giving me all the information. Definitely an excellent service. I highly recommend their services.
