23rd Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)Max the progresser for the changeove of tenants stuck his big ore in and cost me £220 money, not happy in slightest, I have 2 properties with Chesterton's and I will be taking my business elsewhere unless I get this refunded from the estate agent company

Great real estate agency!- 10th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)From the start Carlos Riveros has been a wonderful help and support in both buying and selling our property.He is also very well versed at dealing with property management companies .When there were obstacles Carlos was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. His cool, calm approach gave me the confidence that he would get the job done – and he did! I would highly recommend him.

On all briefs he has gone above and beyond to provide options, clarity and transparency and ultimately delivered just what we wanted. He is the only agent that 1. I would trust, 2. That always delivers. Highly recommended for commercial property searches and negotiations.

We had constant communication and high touch assistance in guiding a sitting tenant out of our property whilst at the same time prepping and listing the apartment for sale. I highly recommend them and can’t thank them enough for their time and energy in a very tricky situation.

As a developer and a landlord with a number of residential properties across London, I initially met Charlotte as a tenant during her tenure at her previous agency. Upon meeting her, I was very impressed by her professionalism and ability to promptly address any issues that I flagged up during my tenancy. While disappointed to learn that she had been recruited by Sandersons and would no longer be managing the property I resided in, it served as a testament Matthew’s knack for identifying talent and his commitment to building a professional team around him – so I took note of this. Fast forward a few months, we have successfully completed a development project consisting of 5 flats in the W11 area. Having historically mostly dealt with an agency which is considered to be one of the top in the country as well as globally, we initially intended to engage them on a sole basis for marketing the flats with the view to let them out. However, given how impressed I was with Charlotte, I thought it would be a good opportunity to have a conversation with Sandersons and consider them also. Subsequent to Sandersons’ team attending the property and making a very good first impression, we have decided to list the flat via dual listing with both our previous estate agency and Sandersons. My general belief before engaging Sandersons was that it really does not matter what estate agency markets the property - the reasoning behind it being that the prospective tenants access the same web portals to conduct their search. I was incorrect in this belief. Sandersons’ letting team led by Anna have managed to find tenants for 5 out of 5 flats in a brief stint the flats were on the market. I am yet to be able to explain to myself how they have managed to achieve this, however the result speaks for itself. They really do care about their clients across both ends of the market and I cannot commend them enough for their exceptional service.
16th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)Nicky and Klaudia were a total joy to deal with. Moving house is stressful and these are the people you want on your team. They are kind, quick, efficient and intelligent and really know their stuff. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
10th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Amazing stadium to visit. The atmosphere is truly alive throughout the game! They have many facilities including beers, drinks, food and restrooms. The layout of the stadium is easy to navigate and things are never too far away from you stand. The staff are great and the games are extremely fun to watch.

My interaction with Jennifer has been exceptional; she is the only individual at Home Finders who truly listens and demonstrates genuine qualification. Others I've encountered have caused stress and failed to meet the standard, leading me to question their suitability for the company. Home Finders should aim to recruit more professionals like Jennifer to ensure sustainability and deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.
18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

We’ve just started renting a property with them and both the estate agent (Maddie) and the property manager (Shireen) have been absolutely amazing. We had lots of questions and at every stage the whole team was helpful and efficient. Despite having a few small issues with the property, Shireen and Maddie have gone out of their way to sort out a solution for every single one as fast as they can. We are very excited to be renting with them and so far have been incredibly happy with the amazing staff. Thanks again Maddie and Shireen, you have both been amazing ????
