The whole team has been professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive throughout the process.<br><br>A special thank you to Madi, who has made every viewing warm and welcoming, given amazing advice, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured.<br><br>I’d also like to say a huge thank you to Paige, who has supported me throughout the process and provided excellent communication and guidance every step of the way.<br><br>Thank you all for making this journey such a positive experience!

2nd Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)From start to finish, the rental team, Mark, Ellenie and Chris were so professional, supportive and helpful. Kev who showed me around went above and beyond and with my situation helped me feel confident and safe in my desision. Mark has been such a joy, really friendly and helpful. Nothing has been too much for the team. Their knowledge of the area and the personnel touch when I was unsure of what I needed to do next was outstanding. The property was a little gem and I would definitely used Savidge and Brown again and would recommend them in an instant. Thank you so much
22nd Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Spoke to Liberty in the office who was so helpful and enthusiastic, asked me all about my property , so very professional . I'd also like to add , that when it came to someone viewing my house , it was Liberty who showed them round , turned up before the viewing , asked me other questions about my property , you could tell that this ment as much to her as it did me . I've worked in sales for 25 years , i know my house is in very safe hands with Liberty and William H Brown . I will be going in too request Liberty does all my house viewings from now on .

They kept me informed at all times. I dealt with many of the staff, Laura, Beth, Abbi and Ebony (apologies if I missed any!)

There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!

29th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)After quite an unimpressive start with another estate agent we decided to give Watson’s a try.<br>The difference was immense! We’d met Wayne when we had gone to view a property. During our valuation, He instantly impressed us with his knowledgeable approach to the property, area and local amenities. His friendly attitude put us at ease immediately. His enthusiasm and guidance was so positive and he gave his time with no added pressure to make any decisions on the spot.<br>When we decided to list we popped into the office to finalise the details, Ellie was the person who looked after us initially, but the vibe in there was completely opposite to what we’d previously experienced with the other agent! Everyone was welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere was so positive! Monica deserves a mention as she did a fabulous job showcasing our property with her outstanding photos. A few days later, our property went ‘live’ at 9 am, by 2PM IT HAD SOLD! Amazing!<br>During the whole process everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and kind, no question or enquiry too much trouble, kept us informed and up to date during the whole process and very importantly proactive not just reactive, they made our sale and experience happen through their hard work!<br>Today we look forward to another chapter in our life story, but we couldn’t have done it without you, and for that we will be eternally grateful. We hope our buyers find the love and happiness that we’ve known in our home for the past 29 years!<br>But mostly heartfelt thanks to Watson’s for making this happen.<br><br>Mr and Mrs Watson

1st Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)Well it all started good. Then when you try to phone, your call constantly goes to voicemail. They say they return all calls, well this was not the case. At the end of the 16 week contract we split with Woodward. We thought going for a small local company would be a good idea, this was unfortunately a bad idea. We did not sell, when was got the keys returned, rather than talk to us, to have any feedback, literally they posted the keys through the letterbox and ran off. Bad experience in general. I would not recommend.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

If and when needed in the future, we will definitely use your services again, in the meantime, we will be highly recommending All Agreed.
17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
