I have contacted the lettings team over the last 4 months (calling and emailing) with zero return. Ive got an issue to discuss with a Landlord that his renting out the house next to me. The lack of response or even when I call and dont get any deadlines have been very poor! I will not mention the associate thst was tasked to assist me but I really hope this gets escalated as ive been asking to talk with her Manager as well, only to be ignored as well.
