My experience of Graham Butt Estate Agents, Littlehampton branch, was first class. Isobel Howard deserves a special mention for her personal attention from the time of viewing all the way through to completion. She answered any questions I had, diligently seeking out the answers to any she didn’t know. I was a nervous (first time on my own) buyer and she provided explanations and assurances along the way to get me over the line. She also had a good relationship with the solicitors and seller, so was able to chase up where necessary. If she wasn’t available, like when a wanted an extra viewing, other members of the team stepped in and were equally kind and supportive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team, but particularly Isobel, who was very client-focused, including being by my side to understand and complete some of the online documents, as the solicitor’s operation was paper-free and consequently, all online....
