28th Feb 2016 (10 years ago)I really like this place. I have been several times over the last few years and I have never had a bad experience. It's difficult to predict when it will be busy and whether you'd need to book a table - I've been on occasions when I'd expect it to be busy and it's been very quiet (and vice versa). The food is great, the staff are really friendly and it's reasonably priced. Well worth the visit.

And what can we say about John Duffy from the Wokingham office … John is the upmost professional and certainly knows his stuff. Always checking in to make sure we are happy with everything, his communication is absolutely amazing. He has made the whole process stress free and seamless for us ! 27th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)We had a number of agents round to value the property and Connor from Carr Williams seemed the most knowledgeable of the local area and had the most experience in the estate agency business locally. He gave us a fair valuation and we liked the firms approach to viewings and the full sales process from offer to completion. Connor has been true to his word with regular updates of viewings and regular updates of movements in the chain now that we have now agreed a sale and ongoing purchase.
29th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.

17th Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)They did what they said they would do. A few teething problems at the start, but once these were ironed out, they have absolutely delivered in selling our house at asking price no less. I would highly recommend Bridges estate agents whether, buying, selling or renting.
11th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)We instructed Perfect Pillars in April 2025. Sharon did an excellent job arranging viewers as she was very easy to deal with. In July ( approx) we secured a buyer. Jenny was very skilled in how she managed the long journey to conveyancing completion, despite issues with the buyers lender, Jenny demonstrated excellent customer service, keeping all parties informed until completion in late November 2025. I would recommend this estate agent as their approach I feel is more effective than other estate agents overall.

19th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)The Good Neighbourhood are a brilliant company. There is a personal feel to their service and they know all about the area they are selling in. Vim in particular was amazing! Despite there being a few hold ups with our house sale, he was really professional and always available. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others looking to sell their house!
