I really like this place. I have been several times over the last few years and I have never had a bad experience. It's difficult to predict when it will be busy and whether you'd need to book a table - I've been on occasions when I'd expect it to be busy and it's been very quiet (and vice versa). The commission rates quoted as non negotiable appear to be on the high side for our area at well over 0.9% . Looking at the Money thats well over £12,000 for the average family house. Accumulated moving costs cause the friction to moving, SDLT in particular. Where you have a stale property you may have to pay xtra to create additional sales opportunities but a clean, fairly priced property should speak for itself on Rightmove.... Read more
