I highly recommend them!

From the very beginning of our tenancy application, they have consistently demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and dedication. One of the most impressive aspects of their service was their incredibly swift response time. Any query or concern we had was addressed almost immediately, which provided great peace of mind. They are extremely cooperative and client-oriented, always taking the time to understand our needs and provide tailored solutions. Their approach is both well-balanced and correct. We felt fully supported through each and every stage of our tenancy journey. Working with Scarlett and Victoriia was an amazing experience. They are a true asset to their agency!

17th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.
13th Sep 2025 (8 weeks ago)Very disappointing! Booked a viewing for this morning. Nobody was there. Tried calling multiple times no response. When I finally manage to get through after 10 minutes of I was told that the appointment has been cancelled with no communication to myself.

I cannot thank him enough for all his help. Prospect were recommended by a few people too and now I know why! Would definitely recommend to anybody.

He was understanding when hurdles cropped up and always showed patience and compassion to my elderly mother. A great agent in all respects but in this case with assisted living properties.

Chris and the team have been extremely helpful with suggesting the locations, helping us with furnishings, negotiating the contract with landlord and even finding the place that accepts pets. Just a pleasure to deal with when looking for your next home!

3rd Nov 2025 (7 days ago)I and a flatmate letted a flat for 3 years with no real issues. If anything came up that would require assistance with Fieldhouses response was always prompt and solved the issue we had. We never had any issues during our tenancy that they couldnt solve and I would say they were great in all aspects.

30th Sep 2025 (6 weeks ago)Ryan and Sarah are great, they were transparent with the valuation process and once sold, actually pushed the Solicitors to do their side of the deal. The biggest struggle I have had with agencies over the years is a lack of open and honest communication, both Ryan and Sarah were accessible and called when they said they would, they were a joy to deal with. I would strongly recommend anyone in the area to give them a try.
