   Not happy at all with the service at all I’d made an offer to view a property I was the first person to enquire about it. I then had a phone call on the day of the viewing 2 hours before to say the landlord hadn’t given the keys yet so they would let me know by 12 on that day to say if it’s being rescheduled or not. I had no phone call I had to phone 3 times to get hold of them until eventually answered at 11:59 and said it had to be cancelled bare in mind my viewing was at 1pm that day I’d been told I’d be contacted to view the property and I’d be first in line. I’d not heard anything for a day or so so in total I’d called 15 times over the last 6 days with no answer at all to find out today when they’d finally answered the phone the property has been given to someone else. I think it’s absolutely disgusting that I had to call and find out myself and the women on the phone said all I can do is apologise when I’d stated an apology isn’t going to get me the viewing for the house? I’m not happy with this and I will be taking it further as I even mentioned on the phone when she’d cancelled that I’d accept it without a viewing.... Read more
