Yes they’re more expensive but we instantly discovered why with the professionalism that they produced and marketed our property details. Branch manager Rachel and her team were superb and within 48 hours we had viewings booked and a sale agreed in the first week. Recommended that we use Connell surveyors for a report on a property we were buying through Peter Alan. The report was completely incompetently done, and Connell’s lied in the emails after we complained. We now have to choose between expensive repairs to the property or taking Peter Alan’s recommended surveyors to court.... Read more
