Jen, Patrick & the sales team were amazing at Gibbins Richards. We sold our house through them in a particularly difficult period and found that their communication was professional and prompt from the whole team, from feedback from viewings, getting our home onto the market promptly and good photographs. We especially found Jen to be an excellent communicator, she was honest and was confident in using her judgment to make the best decisions for selling our property and we felt we could trust her to take care of us. We would also like to mention how professional Patrick was, who was very good at communicating updates on our sales progression and made us feel at ease throughout the process.
