   Selling your property can be a daunting prospect so we asked around locally for recommendations. Wilson Thomas came out on top for their friendly and non-pushy approach. They didn't disappoint. Their service from start to finish was exemplary. The valuation by Simon was professional, respectful and realistic. We had total faith in his judgement due to his longstanding employment in the industry, his knowledge of the locality and his honest and straightforward approach. We were lucky enough to secure a sale on the first day of viewing to a local couple. Communication with the office was excellent. Any query or worry was answered in a very timely manner, even when you assumed that the office had closed for the evening Justin would be straight back with an email and an answer for immediate reassurance. We were able to conveniently communicate with our buyers through him and vice versa which we found extremely helpful. On the day of exchanging contracts Justin was immediately on the phone to congratulate us. In this digital age it is so refreshing to come across such a personal one to one service where you are made to feel valued. The estate agent that we were buying through were often difficult to get hold of which can be upsetting and frustrating at times. They could certainly learn a thing or two from Justin and his team.    Lawrence and Wendy have been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of buying our new home. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and no question was ever treated as a silly question. They were always happy to explain things to me and make sure I understood what was happening, which made such a difference, especially when I was feeling overwhelmed.
