We found Luke and his team to be first rate. We used them to both sell and buy. We found them to be professional and quick to respond. Their detailed knowledge of the local market was first rate and we valued their advice. Most of all, they were a pleasure to deal with.
All the staff at Knight Frank are genuinely, at all times, aiming to achieve the very best for their clients. They are real people who actually care about what they are doing. Simon Barker always gave me the correct advice and this worked wonders. At the same time as being knowledgeable and professional, they all have a wonderful sense of humour and try their best to lift what is almost inevitably a very stressful time. I absolutely recommend them 100%.
We are just about to complete on the sale of our house in Exeter with Strutt and Parker and are delighted we chose this company as our agents. There are always tricky moments selling and buying houses but the whole process has been remarkably quick and straight forward. Isabel, our agent, has been great - professional, approachable and responsive. We secured a buyer quickly and felt fully informed throughout the sale. A really good experience, thank you!
Absolutely awful customer service and response rate all the way through to completion. I would not recommend this company for any future purchases or sales.
Daniel and the team in Bridport were amazing! From valuation until completion they were professional and friendly. Would recommend Daniel on every level he was fantastic! Thank you for making our nightmare turn into a breeze. We will see you when we move next.
Ethical landlords, steer clear! Do not go with this agent if if your values include being a 21st century landlord! A previous tenant of theirs, I dared to rise above my station by complaining about the state the house was left in by their tradesman when I returned home from 10 days in hospital, making it extremely difficult for me to move around in a state of convalescence. No satisfaction resulted from my complaint, their agent was determinedly unapologetic and I resolved there and then to not allow myself to be treated so poorly. I was lucky enough to be in a position to buy a house and immediately did so. Shortly afterwards I spent £300+ on an end of tenancy clean, using the local cleaning firm and service OF THEIR CHOOSING! They then withheld the deposit over a dusty skirting board on the stairs (presumably left by the cleaning firm - remember - OF THEIR CHOOSING) and insisted on a further £18 of cleaning to put this right. This was a laughably obvious punishment for my daring to complain and then simply hand in notice on my tenancy without need of a reference - a last chance to wield a bit of power, made all the more immoral by the condition of the house when I moved in: it was filthy and hadn't been cleaned, which was even noted on the inventory. This didn't deter them from their extortionate behaviour. I only feel for those tenants less able than I to escape their clutches.
Our house proved to be move difficult to sell than we ever imagined, mostly due to market conditions at the time. Throughout it all, the team in Beaminster remained enthusiastic and vigilant, carrying our viewings as every week went by. We had a great relationship with the team and it was obvious they really liked the house which always helps. Very professional team and we'd have no hesitation in recommending them..
Left a message yesterday (26/09/2017) regarding booking an appointment to view a lettings property and also emailed them yesterday to cover all avenues. 24 hours later and still haven't heard a thing, not exactly a great advert for the Beaminster Branch really. I shall look else where for a property to let and ignore any which you are advertising since you guys ignore messages.
