I’m sure some sales sail through without any hitch or delay (in our dreams), but whenever there are any issues that need chasing down, that’s when you’ll realise and appreciate the value of the Agent acting for you and the good ones differentiate themselves. We could not have been happier with the service we’ve received from Mayfair, and Harriet in particular, and both our solicitor and even the developer of the new property we’ve bought commented on Harriet’s role chasing things through to completion. Other agents in the chain were happy to sit back and just let things happen in their own time and, without Harriet, I’m quite sure our completion would not have happened in time for Christmas and we’d be waiting until some time in the new year. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mayfair.

It is a pleasure to leave an unsolicited review to highlight my appreciation for the work of the Mayfair, Beaminster crew in an initial attempt to sell - then at our request - letting our house successfully.
We marketed the house in the spring, but who could have known what was just around the corner with the Covid-crisis! Given the way the sales market was affected by the virus, and making viewing logistically difficult, we decided we wanted some return from what at that time was a vacant property, so it was ideal that Mayfair were able to simultaneously offer it for sale and to let at the same time, and letting was the eventually outcome.
We have been 100% impressed with Harriet and the team at every stage of events - from our first meeting, the speed with which they listed the house, the quality of marketing content and wording, and plentiful feedback on viewings. And we were later grateful to Sara Rowlan for taking up the letting process and rapidly sourcing tenants.

We had to make multiple visits (with tradesmen) to our property prior to full contract completion and Mayfair staff were very helpful in facilitating this, which enabled us to make some wise decisions! The bottle of bubbly from Mayfair handed to us with the keys when it all finalised was the icing on the cake. We look forwards to Mayfair coming to revalue the property once the full revamp is complete.
