Recently purchased a property which Robbin Jessop (Bedale) were acting as agent for the seller. I found the process of dealing with the team very easy (arranging viewings, making an offer etc). We found ourselves in tricky circumstances when our chain collapsed when the buyer for our property pulled out, during this process we kept in regular contact with open conversation and they kept us informed of their clients expectations etc, which was instrumental in managing expectations until the chain was completed again and we could complete.
