Rented us a property with sockets hanging off the wall, incorrect electrical tests. Hazards and mess all around the house and garden. Cost hundreds to put right out of our own pockets to move in and plenty off stress and annoyance during our tenancy. No help during tenancy. Multiple better estate agents around.
