Unhelpful Staff. This way or no way pretty much. Quite rude staff, here's a brief of the call I had. Rang the company to organise a viewing for a rental house. Was offered one day, two different time slots at 10am. Told the woman need to travel 2 - 3 hrs and asked to get a different time or day. Was told no. Asked for a virtual viewing, was told no. He was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout, and by far the best estate agent we have dealt with over the course of many house moves.
