I’d recently completed a full refurbishment of my property ready for long- term letting through Morgan & Co.
I chose to do business with Morgan and Co again as they provided me excellent service regarding a probate property valuation back in 2019.
The process of letting my property with Morgan and Co was easy.
Angie who leads the letting side of business is excellent and very experienced.
Angie talked me through the process and gave me some great advice on getting the property ready for a new tenant.
Morgan and Co strive to best match the requirements of the tenant and landlord which are the building blocks to a successful tenancy. They are also very thorough in their tenant vetting procedures.
I opted for Morgan & Co fully managed letting service. It’s competitively priced,and as I don’t live in the immediate area any issues that may arise I know will be swiftly taken care of by Angie and her team.
It’s clear that Morgan & Co are extremely experienced in property sales,valuations and lettings, and I highly recommend them.

We found the Home we wanted while looking through many estate agents in the local area.
We came across a property for sale with Morgan & Co, which we decided to purchase.
The team at Morgan & Co, Trevor the owner, and his sales staff Angie and Isobel, have all been so helpful with helping us through this sometimes difficult process, they are friendly, and very Professional, and always willing to help, and always there at the end of the telephone should you have and concerns.
The team have helped us to source local Trades people to help with work we may need to make this our dream home.
My Wife and Myself have been so happy with the service they have given us , we couldn't of asked for more from anyone , we are so grateful for all your help .

Trevor is incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and the non standard construction of our bungalow, and we felt that we were in very good hands.
All throughout the process we were kept well up to date by Trevor and Angie and we secured viewings and a buyer in the first week of advertising. Trevor and his team were a great help to us following a bereavement that left us with a flat to sell. None of us are local to Llandrindod Wells and there was a lot of work to do on the flat other than simply marketing it. Trevor was a great help in both putting us in touch with local tradespeople and on other occasions himself organising for various people to visit the property to conduct work needed prior to sale. We also encountered various difficulties with the flat that required local knowledge to fix and Trevor was able to use his local network to help us to get it resolved. Trevor consistently went over and above to help us sell my Dad’s bungalow, during this most difficult time of covid. He visited regularly to keep us within insurance conditions as it was empty. Reported problems so we could rectify them. Gave fantastic feedback on viewings and steadied the ship when needed with all the covid restraints. He visited the property several times to photograph the property at its best he could have done no more. We bought a house through Morgan and co, we found them very friendly and professional. Moving into the area from down south Trevor's local knowledge was very helpful. We found the sales pitch was not pushy which was very pleasant. The vendors solicitor was not swift or communicative and Dillwyn and Angie were excellent at finding out the progress of the sale which lowered our stress levels. We moved in at the beginning of lockdown and Trevor has been again very helpful in giving us contact details of trades people. All in all a first class service (and we were the purchasers!) and so can't recommend them highly enough.

This is an amazing company. I started my journey to buy a house last October, not an easy task as I was living in Norway. They went out of their way to accommodate me, with out of hour viewings, sending of e-mails and paper work and keeping in contact in an extremely professional and friendly manner. As things got a bit difficult towards the end with the Covid Virus epidemic, they did not give up. I hope I do not have to move again but I most certainly would not hesitate to use Morgan and Co.
