Absolutely flawless!!! Jess, Judy and Tom were all amazing. Right from day 1 when I called to make an enquiry, nothing seemed too much trouble for Judy. She explained different options to me and not only did she make me feel at ease but I felt like I was in good hands. Then when I met Jess, she took her time to understand my situation, never put me on the clock, felt like I had known her for years and she knows exactly what she is talking about so I instantly trusted her. Our house move was not straight forward due to breaks further in the chain but this team were on it! Plenty of updates and chasing things behind the scenes. Nothing really was too much trouble, even when I had to ask Tom to come back to a house viewing because I thought I left my purse behind. I cannot recommend them highly enough, I had a rubbish experience with another estate agents and was a little nervous to trust another estate agents but honestly I couldn't have asked for better. Hunters absolutely smashed my expectations!!! Massive praise and thank you. Mr and Mrs Hale

We have had dealings recently when some properties became vacant. They showed themselves to be friendly and professional and the properties we're let in no time at all. We dealt mainly with Holly who was really impressive.
Very bad service and the agents are very rude to people. They treat customers differently which ia very bad.

Begun An enquiry with one member of staff who informed me and my partner on the set rent and initial costs, which suddenly changed when the application started which we then decided to cancel due to ridiculous fees and lack of flexibility. Payment was taken for referencing which hadn't begun, I've requested a refund and have been waiting for almost 4 weeks now. I've spoken to the staff who have informed me that their accounts department hadn't actually received a request for refund despite me contacting them 6 times over the past 4 weeks. I've been informed it will take another 10 days. Totally unprofessional, unacceptable standards for working professionals.
Having not heard good things about certain online-based agents I opted for Taylors who seem to have been around forever. Wasn't disappointed. The personal service was exceptional & the knowledge and advice about the local market was everything I'd hoped - highly recommended.
