25th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)I recently went through a long process with Fraser Wood, and overall, my experience was positive. They were patient with me throughout, taking the time to understand my needs and ensuring I found a decent property that met my requirements. During the house visit appointment, they were friendly and professional, which made the experience much more pleasant. However, it did seem at times that the vendor had more control over them, which was a bit frustrating. Despite this, Fraser Wood managed to handle the situation well, balancing professionalism with the needs of their clients. Overall, I appreciate their effort and patience, and I would recommend Fraser Wood for their friendly and professional service.
3rd Sep 2024 (13 days ago)Paul Dubberley did a very great job helping us sell our property! They gave us great advice and instruction on how to prepare the house for viewing. Viewing requests were received just a few days after putting the property on the market and Paul Dubberley did a great job conducting the viewings as well as negotiating with potential buyers
29th Aug 2024 (18 days ago)For now I have nothing nice to say coz heartache they giving me is too much . These are the emails I keep getting . I was to moving on 19th and they said i can’t move in coz my partner has no right to rent because he is in a different country . That was sorted. If the house was ready for me to move in on 19th ,explain to me why I am still being told I can’t move in because they are things they are still doing in the house . Today is 29th I was told I can move in on 30th and they will send me the tenancy to sign . It is 6pm and I have no update . I don’t even know if I am moving on 30th or not . Ps the moving date was changed from 28th to 30th . They are not answering my emails today either . Good luck to during my tenancy that is if I finally move in .

My special thanks to Elisha who started the whole process she's everywhere to help with smiles every time, and also to Eleano. They're great. Prompt paperwork. 13th Jun 2024 (14 weeks ago)Let out a house on Foden Road that had rats inside the house, mould, dirty inside, stains, wires under the bath, a boiler that is not fit for purpose and then tried to tell me that the issues that were in the house previously were done my myself! I was told by Jade (ex-employee) the Landlords friend works/owns Royston & Lund so the checks were obviously not done properly prior to me moving in (explains boiler). My child suffers with Asthma and has been constantly ill GP said it was due to mould an damp but when I informed Royston & Lund they promised someone would come out but that person never did and then they served me with a Section 31! Don’t use these estate agents they are a joke!
13th Sep 2024 (3 days ago)We have recently completed the purchase of our home with Ellie at Dixon's, the purchase was faced with several twists and turns but at every step Ellie was on hand to provide guidance and support and nothing was ever too much trouble, she was always incredibly accommodating and was very quick to reply to queries and help in any way she could. 5 starts for Ellie and Dixon's overall, cannot recommend highly enough Thank you

They are all extremely professional and knowledgable about the entire process. Buying and selling properties can, at times, be stressful and challenging but we have always found every member of staff to be so supportive and approachable, helping to ensure things run smoothly. We have always felt that we have been completely informed and updated about everything as the sale or purchase has progressed. We can't recommend Alex and the team at Thomas Harvey enough! Thank you all for just being amazing :)

I would 100% recommend Whitegates and Herdip to everybody. I have acquaintances' who deal with Whitegates and they also wouldn't recommend any other agency. Thank you Herdip and Whitegates. Faultless.

Elton and Ellie-Marie have remained very professional and supportive throughout the whole process, which we've found to be incredibly straight-forward. They even went above and beyond by arranging an earlier move in date for us with the Landlord. We highly recommend their outstanding services. Thank you!
9th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)AVOID! I have attempted to rent a property through this company and it has been a very misleading and secretive process. In the process of 3 days I viewed, applied, paid and accepted a property subject to checks. During this process I have been encouraged to apply as quickly as possible and also transfer money, at no point was it advised to me that the deposit was non refundable. The day after the money was paid they withdrew the offer and said I would not get a refund, all due to a mistake in my application form. I have requested the refund and have had policy quoted to me. The level of unprofessional behaviour is appaling with the agents advising that the owner and landlord of the property was fussy, difficult and a nightmare to deal with as they don't accept the applicants that have been put forwards and always reject people. If you are in the process of letting a property in tipton with this company I would air caution!

21st Aug 2024 (26 days ago)When it was time to sell our previous home in Willenhall, Paul was recommended to us by our financial advisor. We were so daunted by everything as it was the first time we were selling, but we could not have found the process more straightforward with Paul guiding us through everything and getting us to market...only for the country to go into national lockdown the following week. Paul kept in touch until the market was able to open up again and as soon as we were able we soon had viewings and a buyer. I would definitely recommend Bowater Drennan to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the Willenhall, Wednesfield and Wolverhampton area. Paul was completely professional but with a personal approach that certainly put us at ease with the unique situation at the time. We can't thank you enough for your time and care.

5th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
