11th Jul 2019 (5 years ago)I never write reviews but I feel so strongly about this company. They treat tenants like second class citizens. We reported problem after problem but they just got ignored and didn’t get fixed. However when we moved out we completed checklist in order for our bond to be returned. Renown gave excuse after excuse for the bond not to be returned. We were being lied to over and over again. Absolute disgrace.

Puja and the team (Varun & Komal) have been very prompt in helping me with the tenant-finding service initially. Now I am glad to offer t99homes with full property management service. I am truly delighted to have a partnership with them as a landlord. I will strongly recommend them for competitive offerings adding value to customers.
3rd Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
21st May 2024 (10 mo. ago)I sent a request via rightmove to arrange a couple of viewings. I heard the next day and gave them my availability. The next week I chased them for an update and they didnt have me registered. They then registered me, and said they would contact the home owners to arrange...... 3 weeks later Im still waiting. Not sure how they plan to sell houses if they cant book viewings!!

14th Oct 2023 (1 year ago)I’m sure there are some success stories but ours isn’t one. I would guess they couldn’t anticipate the disaster of the auction buyers solicitor or the fact the buyer was clearly trying to avoid stamp duty. After being assured everything was fine and above board the auction collapsed leaving us in a financial mess and no compensation. The second auction got unpleasant between solicitors (buyers not accepting it was an auction time line) The hope was for a quick sale, instead we are no further forward and out of pocket.
